Boots were delivered on time but unfortunately did not fit well. I had to pay for the returns which in the current climate I think is pretty poor show as the majority of online purchases returns are free!

With regards to returns, we offer a free UK standard delivery with no minimum spend, however we do ask customers to pay the return cost. You can return to a Charles Clinkard store or to our Head Office. We recommend a tracked service, as we do not take responsibility for the parcel until it has been signed for at our Head Office. A Collect Plus label can be purchased through the returns section of our website, this standardises the price to £4.49. This covers up to 10kg of returns and is useful for multiple purchases or heavier items. Order arrived promptly, however the boots were labelled as cheaper than advertised on the website, and they looked as if they’d been on display (some scuff marks). We were refunded the difference, although they had apparently been wrongly labelled.

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes for my Mum to select from. Two arrived together (same style, different size) after a few days and accompanying paperwork read as though order was complete. Queried this with customer services who advised 3rd pair was coming direct from the manufacturer. They arrived a few days later but without paperwork. I have tried to return two pairs to my local store but because no paperwork for one, they were unable to do it and were unable to get hold of customer services (Sunday) They were very helpful and have promised to sort it for me but there is clearly a flaw in the system which would make me think twice about ordering online in future.

One of the items was dispatched on behalf of the supplier, we do ask they include a copy of the invoice within the package so it makes it easy for our customers to return an item should they find this unsuitable. We are sorry this part of the process was not as smooth as anticipated and we will ensure the supplier are made aware of this. Received the item i ordered in good time. Quality product as expected. I did have to return the boots as I didn't like the style on me. Had to pay to return which I dont expect to have to do when I purchase online. This shop has a huge choice of items to choose from. Unfortunately not in all sizes. May buy again from here if they have what I want and I am not able to purchase what I want from somewhere else that doesn't expect me to pay for returns.

I’m afraid Royal Mail delivery let you down. Gave me a four hour time slot which you would think wouldn’t be hard to deliver in but no three quarters of an hour after that wide time slot.

The company do not offer a time slot as such however will try and deliver the item as soon as possible for their customers. During the current pandemic, they have had extra packages to deliver and also have to take into account social distancing and this may add time on to their usual rounds. We will ensure your comments are passed back onto them however we do offer DPD as an alternative, they have a one hour time slot and safe place option you can add. Good service but my Merrill shoes cost £90 and are available for several retailers on line for £55, including delivery. Disappointing price difference.

When conducting our price check, we reserve the right to consider delivery costs or other administrative costs the comparison company may charge. If you have ordered something on our website but then have found it cheaper elsewhere, we will refund you the difference using your original payment method. Simply call us within 7 days from placing your order to be eligible for a refund. Hello Yes I ordered some ankle boots made by Joseph Seibel. which have hardly been worn However, today the top eyelet has completely come away meaning I can no longer lace up the boot fully. As I no longer have the shoe box to send them back and I do not trust the boot even if it is mended -I am pretty fed up.

The shoes did not arrive at my house but were delivered and signed for at an address a road away luckily the owner brought the package round after work as I have a broken foot and was wondering where it had gone as I received a text saying it had been signed and delivered!

Overall a good company to deal with but watch their website - I attempted to buy a pair of shoes that were listed at one price and when I attempted to buy them the price went up by 35%. And yes I checked everything several times and it wasn't a sale where some sizes were in the sale and other weren't. Bit of sharp practice there, but overall a good experience as the product arrived quickly and was of good quality. Watch their loyalty scheme too - points can "disappear" and only re-appear of you bother to phone them about it.

Sometimes, when a 'colour of the season' is reduced in the sale, the item may read as a 'from' price. When you scroll over the colours, it will show you which are in the sale and which are not. However this should not happen for a different size of the same shoe. If you come across this again, please give us a call so that we can take a look into this for you. With regard to points, they are calculated at the end of Feb and again at the end of August so at this time, you may see the points go to 0 as we calculate who needs a voucher sending for the points earned. The wrong colour was sent they were blue. However customer services sent me a prepaid label and I sent them back

Lovely looking slippers, but sizing was quite large so had to return them. Returns procedure very easy and refund made promptly.
