Loved the shoes I ordered ,unfortunately they didn’t suit as one pair was too big and the other too wide.o

Slippers were very narrow and small for size. Delivered reasonably quickly . Poorly packed for expensive slippers- looked like they had been sent out and returned several times!

I was served by Jordan at the Cribs Causeway branch. He was very helpful and patient with my 7 year old who tried on numerous school shoes. The problem being that she has very wide feet and a high instep. We finally found a shoe that fit. Unfortunately even though they were branded, they weren't what my daughter would have chosen. We had limited choice and time. We paid £60. Crazy money for a school shoe!

I love buying from the Eldon square shop but the online experience was tricky as I wanted to click and collect it kept showing my personal address as the delivery even though I had selected the store (order took too long to place!)

Inormally take a size 8/42, I ordered a size 9/42 and couldn't get them on. neither could my daughter who only takes a size 7, they were tiny and very narrow and I am not pleased having to pay postage to return shoes that were nowhere near a normal size 9/42.

As size is personal and also different brands can vary with their size conversions, its difficult to say if a particular style ordered will fit especially if its one that hasnt been tried previously. We are disappointed to hear these were not suitable and you are welcome to take these back to your nearest store. You can use a service called Collectplus which you can find below: https://www.collectplus.co.uk/charlesclinkard This is £4.49 and covers up to 10kg in weight, ideal for larger items ie boots and multiple orders. Additionally you can use the Post Office which will have varying services and we do recommend tracked to offer reassurance to yourself. I am returning the sandals because they did not fit They were totally sized wrong they should be 42 but we're probably only a39 they were about 5 cm shorter than any of my other shoes

Ordered the unicorn lelli kelli shoes for home delivery, shoes eere gorgeous just like my daughter wanted but was sent with last years socks with the bow on and not the pom pom ones

I enjoyed my experience at your Eldon Suare store. After a hectic day I was looked after by Vicki James ,who could.nt do enough to make certain the shoes I chose were comfortable and what I needed for a social event I was attending. The manager was also very pleasant when I went to the counter to pay for my purchase. I will certainly be visiting again.

The ordering and returns process with your company was very good. Unfortunately the shoes were so wide they were unwearable, I have never come across shoes that are not specifically sold as wide being this big. Then the delivery process was terrible. You used DHL the delivery was due, I was at home sitting looking out at the driveway, when an email arrived saying sorry they missed me but I was not in and I have a calling card. No driver ever came to my door or left a card. A total lie. Then on Monday for the repeat delivery I asked for it to be delivered to my neighbour. The email I received confirmed this was ok. But the driver left them on my doorstep no signature taken and my neighbour said no one came to her door. To make matters worse she looked on my doorstep for the said parcel when I told I had received an email saying it had been delivered and there was NO parcel. I phoned DHL, they contacted the driver who said it was on the doorstep and when I came home there it was. He must of come back and placed it there as it hadn’t been there 1 hour earlier. It is a amazing I actually ever received these 2 pairs of shoes. I will be very sceptical about ordering from your company again due to this experience. I returned them to the shop direct as I did not trust DHL. This cost me petrol and £3.90 parking to ensure they were received safely. Not impressed.

DPD are usually excellent and offer the one hour time slot and safe place option to give a choice to our customers and we are sorry for the confusion and also the mis advice provided whilst waiting for your new shoes to come. We have passed your comments directly to the courier, we do have the option of Royal Mail if you prefer, once you place your order if you give us a call on 0345 241 7742 and provide the order number we can add the request for you. Additionally, you could also opt to collect from a store, the store would of course contact you once they receive your order and you can then arrange a convenient time to visit. The style of sandals ordered are a wide fitting and as size is personal there is no guarantee they will be the perfect fit and we hope you will be able to find a suitable alternative We ask all customers to leave feedback as this helps to reflect the different experiences our customers have and we hope this experience has not put you off returning with us. All went smoothly , although I had bought these for a friend as I already purchased the same sandals identical as these, but somehow these were very small fitting and I’d already threw the battered box out, assuming they would be the same fit, something just isn’t right with them , so no box no receipt I’m stuck with these 🙈

Shoes are lovely. Well packaged. Only downside was delivery by Royal Mail. I wasn’t in and they wouldn’t leave parcel in safe place. Quite a performance to obtain delivery

Customer Care were very good when I informed them that the wrong size shoes had been delivered. They kept their promise to phone back and arranged to have the right size pair on hold in store. However I was unhappy that (i) wrong size delivered in the first place and (ii) replacement pair had a sale sticker glued into the insole which was dreadful to peel off and for an expensive pair of shoes rather ruined the smoothness of the insole.

With regards to the sale sticker, we understand that the sale sticker being stuck on the insole can be difficult to remove, but this has been found to be the best place currently to position our sale stickers. Our stores recommend using a protector spray or hot soapy water to remove any residue of the sale sticker without damaging the inner sole. We offer free standard UK delivery dispatched within 2-5 working days however do ask customers to pay towards the cost of the return. You can of course return to a store if one is near to you however there are cost efficient ways of sending back your order. Although we do recommend a tracked service, there are different levels of service and cover you can choose at the Post Office when returning. You can return via Collectplus which is £4.49 for up to 10KG and is ideal for larger items or multiple orders, the link to this option can be found in the returns section of our website. Great shoes. Plastic bag with three pairs of expensive shoes in was badly torn on arrival. Hole big enough that shoes could have been lost. Fortunately, this wasn't the case. Returns procedure fine.

Easy to order online and arrived promptly. Love the shoes however was surprised to see they had been previously worn. I don’t know if they were returns or had been on display and tried on in a shop but they had definitely had sweaty feet in them and were quite dirty on the front part of the soles.
