“I had problems submitting my on line order, so I telephoned Charles Clinkard. Spoke directly to a very helpful gentleman who processed my ordered. I was kept informed regarding the progress of my order, which arrived in just a few days. I am delighted with my shoes, which are just as I hoped! Just one thing. It was a surprise, and a little disappointing to see that when the order was complete, VAT had been added to the original price.”

“The Relax slippers I have purchased regularly for many years suit my requirements and look great. The only issue has been the pom poms sometimes come off or the feathers malt a little. Otherwise, I would recommend these products.”

“I ordered my boots in the sale and delivery was as scheduled with no problem, the problem was I was delivered 2 right boots 😂😂 I returned them to my local store which was able to give me a right and left boot.”

“Staff in the Stratford upon Avon store were very helpful. When they had no shoes in the size and design I wanted. The Assistant helping me found the shoes I wanted on line and ordered them for me, delivered to my home. The shoes arrived within days and I am very pleased with them.”

“Easy to order and efficient service. I was glad of the reviews as I ordered a half size up from my usual, and needed to. They don’t feel a G width but I am expecting the leather to give a little with wear. They are lovely looking and feel well made. Oh, and I love the green!”

“Ordered boots online and was sent the wrong size. Ordered a 6/39 and was sent a 38 which is a 5. However, I went to the Wetherby shop to return them and the staff there were fantastic. I was able to get the boots I wanted in the right size.”

“Absolutely love your slippers but the delivery let me down. I'm elderly and instead of delivering to my home the parcel was delivered to a shop quite a way from me that I had to pick up from.”
