“Prompt and efficient online ordering and delivery of shoes. Just a bit annoyed that price on the box and label in shoes said £57 when I paid £59.99 online. Quickly recompensed by your Customer Service but not great for customer confidence.”

“I ordered a pair of Bugatti smart boots, the order arrived quickly but the boots were in a Clinkard box. I don’t have a problem with that as a leaflet in the box explained why this was the case. The problem was how the boots had been packed. Firstly the box was a shoe box not a boot box so the boots were crammed in the box. Secondly absolutely no packaging was in the box and the boots were left to rub together. The boots themselves were comfortable but very poorly finished so they were exchanged for another pair. I also find it more than a little bit annoying that Clinkards expect you to pay for returns u less you take them back to store. In my case, the boots were actually faulty so why should I have to pay to return the boots.”

“Quality is very good. However the weight including outsole makes it slightly heavier for kids. So, slight adjustment in the weight can make it more comfortable for kids.”

“The navy shoes I ordered are fine ( Van Dal ), but the delivery was not as advised by you . I received the order by EVRI and the supplier was stated as Black Eden which threw me. I almost gave the unopened parcel back to the courier as I expected the name of Clinkards ! This has not happened with previous deliveries.”

“Just what I was looking for. however the only problem I have is that inside one of the shoes there was a label saying thatthe shoes were reduced to £38.23 , which was a lot less than I paid.”

“nice lightweight shoes, comfortable to walk around in. I ordered size 6, its a snug fit (normally there's a little room at the end of my other same size shoes) Seems a shame there's no option for half sizes.”

“really great looking shoes of quality but sadly I can't buy Ruffle as not done in a wide fitting. i understand that you can't do wide fittings for every design but this would be a good one to choose because popular with older people whose feet may need width. I tried them on but they did not work”

“I liked the style but don’t recall seeing anything in details online that said they were canvas. So having to keep cleaning them won’t work for me. Delivery was very good and returns system excellent.”
