“I was delighted with my Peyton boots that arrived promptly within a matter of days of ordering. The quality and price of the boots are excellent and I will certainly be buying from your company again.”

“When the shoes arrived I discovered that they had been used before as the soles were marked and the tops of the shoes were creased and the box its self was damaged, it brings into question the quality control operated by this company, I contacted customer services and they agreed that this was not good and said they would send out a new pair, not arrived as yet.”

Whilst we do sometimes source from our shops to offer the greatest selection of products, they should be quality checked before dispatched. I apologise we have let you down in this instance. “Ordered Baku boots - which were too short on me. Took these back to the shop - really easy to return. Have instead purchased nubuck match boots in pepper. Love these boots - although not so keen on the zip at the back (think a bit unnecessary - although I get the reasoning). Exchange arrived quickly - couldn’t be more pleased.”
