“Excellent service in your Shrewsbury Store. The assistant who served me was particularly helpful and brought multiple pairs of shoes for me to try on. Nothing was too much trouble. I ended up buying two pairs, one for delivery as the colour wasn’t available in store for the size I wanted. She organised all of this without issue. Thank you ☺️”

Clinkards stock very good quality shoes, boots etc covering a wide range and I’ve never been disappointed with my choices so Thankyou Clinkards for the excellent service and I hope this continues.”

“In York for the weekend, l chanced upon this independent store and took a look. I found a pair of shoes l wanted to try and Sue, the manager was super helpful in getting the correct size for me. But there wasn't a pair in the colour l wanted in stock. Sue assured me she could order a pair and they would be delivered to my home address in a few days with no postal charge. They duly arrived and l am enjoying wearing these comfortable and stylish shoes. Great choice available at Charles Clinkard”

Unfortunately the first pair I ordered a few months ago did not fit, but the return process was very easy, and the most recent a pair of summer espadrilles arrived promptly and they fit beautifully and are really comfortable.
