“We have had excellent service from the Charles Clinkard store in Keswick. While on holiday in the Lakes, I bought my wife a pair of Clinkard's shoes for her birthday, to replace a pair she had purchased previously several years ago. It was only when she opened the present at home a couple of weeks later that we realised I had bought the wrong size 😳 I phoned the store, explained the situation, and without any problem at all, I was advised I could return them, and have them replaced with the correct size. 😀 We posted the original pair back on Monday, they were received in Keswick on Thursday, and the replacement pair arrived on Friday morning 😁 Who could ask for anything more than that? Thank you to all the staff involved, and especially Tracey, who unfortunately was on leave when we rang to thank them. A great customer experience.”
