Hi, sorry to inform you that the shoe that was sent to me was used... was not happy at all! Only reason I kept the shoe was I needed the show for an event, else I would have returned the shoe. Thank you Sabu

Order was delivered in lightening fast speed. Sadly my purchase did not fit so was returned, the refund was also received in lightening fast speed. No nonsense just good service.

I ordered a pair of Reiker shoes over a weekend choosing next day delivery which cost me £5.99. There wasn’t anything on the order form preventing me or blocking me entering this option. However the shoes arrived several days later so I decided to contact the company asking for a reimbursement of the next day delivery charge of £5.99. I received an email stating that orders for next day delivery were for weekdays only and that I would not be reimbursed. I contacted them again and explained there was nothing on the order form stating this and if this was the case why did the order form allow me to choose next day delivery. I again asked for my reimbursement. I have not heard from the company since but I will endeavour to contact them again. The company Itself is very good with an excellent choice of shoes and I have purchased from them in the past without a hitch. I just wonder how they can blatantly inform me that a reimbursement will not be forth coming when I’ve paid for a service I didn’t receive. Very disappointing. My recommendation would be to order from them but only on week days.

As with many retailers, Next Day Delivery applies to working days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the Friday cut-off, over the weekend, or on a bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day, with delivery following the day after. In this case, your order was placed over a bank holiday weekend, meaning dispatch was delayed slightly, but still within our promised timeframe. However, if you use the returns portal on our website, we offer a Royal Mail label for £3.20. Giving our customers a reasonable price. I was very happy with my experience shopping at Charles Klinkard today at the Mall Cribbs Causeway, Bristol. I have never been before and it was a really busy day at the mall. Wendy was very welcoming and helped me find the best boots for me- thank you, I appreciated the care and great customer service! ☺️

Very helpful staff in the shop in Ilkley. I ordered a pair of toe post sandles that I arrived very quickly and are very comfortable. I'll probably shop here again. The shoes are costly but obviously well made.

Be careful - check this product (size 8) as I returned a pair recently with faulty stitching. I'm a bit suspicious that an out of stock item is now back in stock.... Have they just put the faulty item back on sale?

Lovely shoes. Negative was they took longer to despatch/deliver than anticipated, the box was not in the best condition (lid was broken and had evidence of several stickers that had been applied to it) and the satin bag that is usually provided with Peter Kaiser shoes was not included.

As your address is in the Channel Islands, this may account for the longer than anticipated delivery but I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
