Posted an ad, and was quickly contacted by Sam, who recommended a better option for us. He then promptly sorted it all out for us, including cancelling the original invoice. Very pleased with the service.

We tried charity jobs to diversify from LinkedIn and wanted to get more focused applicants from the charity sector. Unfortunately we barely got any applicants.

Applicants could not apply due to the set up not allowing it. A supposed corrected version had a mis-spelling in it - and the wording was not what had been asked for. Overall a very unsatisfactory experience.

I believe as soon as contact was made with your account manager a temporary fix was implemented to ensure candidates could submit applications and the application wording updated once we were advised of the text you would like used.
