Our account manager Jules is always very responsive, providing reports when needed and helping with any queries - always goes above and beyond to find a solution!

I will share my thoughts and opinion towards CharityJob platform with pleasure!, I got a clear and professional mail answer during few hours today with detailed explanation of - which rights do I have as a customer ?, and explanation the policy of CharityJob platform which is really helpful , and I am absolutely satisfied with qualified answer from an Account Manager - Khameelah Mulbocus. This is the real and visible example of high quality customer service! Huge thanks to Jack Golding for his help in getting us underway with our recruitment of a Fundraising Officer. We explained our challenges and he responded with great advice and options for us to consider. The communication and support from Max and Adrian is on another level! Max is helpful via the telephone and even checks in on request by phone or email. I'm so grateful for their support as we were able to successfully fill the vacancy with the right candidate at the right time. This was due to the real time support Adrian gave which helped me to navigate and maximise the CharityJob platform. If we have a vacancy to advertise again I'll be straight back.

Sam Mohan has made my experience of placing a couple of basic ads with CharityJob so easy and straightforward. He is very responsive, friendly and treats our little charity with such care. I feel like I have received the sort of attention a big charity would expect to receive who is perhaps placing twenty plus job ads a year rather than the two or three we have placed this year and last. As soon as I signed up I was given an account manager (Jamie Barclay). I found the support given extremely proactive and Jamie was very patient when helping me to set up my advert. Additionally, I believe he provided an extra level of service when he helped me to resolve some logistical issues that (that were not to do with either Charity Job service or his role). Jamie went the extra mile to ensure that I could get my advert live and ensured that I could also provide access to colleagues.

Whilst you can’t change your registered email address through the website, it took less than 24 hours for the customer service manager to respond to my query message and complete my request first thing in a Monday. Speedy, easy & simple!
