Jules is an absolute star, Honestly she deserves more than 10 star if it really existed. She is incredibly helpful and supportive every step of the way. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs soomthly and always responds with such positivity and care. Working with her makes this easy and truly enjoyable. I highly recommend her and I can't thank you enough. Thanks again Jules.

Within minutes of contacting Charity Jobs, Chris got in touch and provided the support and practical help I needed to get a job live. I was registered, logged on, ad drafted and posted, all in less that 24 hours! Very professional, supportive, responsive and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much. and I'm very grateful. We are currently considering CharityJob as a recruitment platform. Max has been proactive in making contact to discuss our needs. He has been open and clear about what the platform can offer and how he will be able to support us as an Account Manager. We have struggled previously with trying to get hold of customer services. I feel reassured that should we choose to join CharityJob, we will have a proactive and accessible Account Manager.

They suggest contacting the recruiter for queries but it's not obvious who they are or their contact details. If, like me, you get dozens of emails a day, there's no time to read through every word looking for the contact details so a good job opportunity can be missed.

We only have access to the information that recruiters choose to include in their adverts, and we don’t act as a recruitment agency or take part in the recruitment process. When a recruiter posts a role on our platform, the name of the recruiter or advertising organisation is automatically pulled from their registered account. As this is a mandatory field, it cannot be omitted. This name appears directly underneath the job title and, where available, is accompanied by the organisation’s logo. To remain GDPR compliant, we’re unable to share account specific contact details. However, if a candidate provides us with an exact job title or job URL, and the recruiter’s name, we’re happy to look up publicly available contact information on the recruiter’s website and pass that on to you.
