They suggest contacting the recruiter for queries but it's not obvious who they are or their contact details. If, like me, you get dozens of emails a day, there's no time to read through every word looking for the contact details so a good job opportunity can be missed.

I’d like to clarify that CharityJob is a self posting online job board, so we aren’t involved in the content creation or the uploading of the thousands of vacancies advertised on our platform. We only have access to the information that recruiters choose to include in their adverts, and we don’t act as a recruitment agency or take part in the recruitment process. When a recruiter posts a role on our platform, the name of the recruiter or advertising organisation is automatically pulled from their registered account. As this is a mandatory field, it cannot be omitted. This name appears directly underneath the job title and, where available, is accompanied by the organisation’s logo. To remain GDPR compliant, we’re unable to share account specific contact details. However, if a candidate provides us with an exact job title or job URL, and the recruiter’s name, we’re happy to look up publicly available contact information on the recruiter’s website and pass that on to you. I opened a new account with Charity Job and received a call from Jamie who let me know we already had an account, although not used for some years, and he transferred the details to me and sent me the rates and offers, all within the space of 45 minutes. Jamie was polite, knowledgeable and I felt supported and listened too. Thank you!

Teresa explained what the technical situation was with my application and I was able to remedy the form's progress. Her workaround need not have been mentioned but she went the extra mile to mention it and it was necessary for me.

Probley Good for large charities and senior roles but we paid £245 for a branded advert running 28 days and got 5 clicks and 1 unsuitable application for a youth worker role. Our free posts on Linkedin and Indeed both outperformed this advert 5 to 1 with mostly better quality candidates Really disapointed and when we spoke to our account manager for advice on how to do better all he gave us where pay more options. For clarity we optimised our description 3 times and the job in general was quite an exciting role

At that point, the advert still had 12 days remaining, and we were very happy to continue supporting you if needed. I tried applying for a role and was redirected to the employers website but was unable to submit the application with multiple errors calling up. I reported this to Charityjob and Teresa De La Torre contacted me. She investigated the problem, spoke with the account manager who then advised me to send my CV and cover letter by email to them directly.
