From start to finish the service has been amazing. Jules and her team are very attentive and go the extra mile to support our needs and help facilitate our ad being placed. I highly recommend them and will definitley be using their services again when the time comes.

The Customer Service team is really responsive. I have quickly received clear guidance and explanations when asking questions (as a recruiter). I find the recruiter platform really intuitive and easy to use, and I love the fact that applications can all be managed anonymously from within their ATS.

Reported an issue with an advert on Charity Job (which I thought was a mistake). Received a very prompt and polite email explaining it all. Very impressed with the speed of the reply and the tone of the email.

Max our account manager has been amazing. Very professional, responsive. He has supported us through the process of advertising our vacancy providing helpful support and advice. Teresa was very responsive when I got in touch with a query, thank you! However the formatting of a covering letter, once submitted, does not seem to match what an applicant can see when composing the letter. It had removed formatting that made the letter clearer to read (e.g. bullet points and paragraphs).

The customer service was great. Max was on the phone to help instantly and took me through the process with ease. He also stuck around after hours. Above and beyond what I expected and hoped for. 5 Stars from me and I rarely leave reviews!

I had trouble accessing a verfication code to log onto my account. Terresa, a Customer Service Exec was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in knowing exactly what to do to get the problem sorted nice and quickly for me. Which was a refreshing change and very appreciated to have such efficient and reliable service (very rare to find these days). Thank you.

The first contact was with Max and he was super helpful. When I had a technical problem loading the ad I called and spoke to Teresa who offered to look into this for me. She sorted everything out and called me back to confirm within 15 mins. Very happy 😊

As a first time recruiter having to recruit senior staff (CEO and CFO) i found Jules - our account manager - extremely helpful. I felt supported while navigating the process of setting up our advert and thereafter i found the portal easy to use. And out of 3 online recruitment methods, both staff were recruited via Charity Jobs.

Ishi Jordan is always there when I need her but, just as importantly, not there when I don't - she does not badger with sales calls just customer support in the right way. I will always recommend Charity Jobs to colleagues in the sector.

I clicked on the action button to notify the team that there was something incorrect on a job posting, they responded in an impressively quick time with an explanation of what caused the small error and let me know how they were rectifying it so that I had a really informed awareness of the feedback. Not only that but the interaction I had with the staff member who contacted me was professional and polite.
