Probley Good for large charities and senior roles but we paid £245 for a branded advert running 28 days and got 5 clicks and 1 unsuitable application for a youth worker role. Our free posts on Linkedin and Indeed both outperformed this advert 5 to 1 with mostly better quality candidates Really disapointed and when we spoke to our account manager for advice on how to do better all he gave us where pay more options. For clarity we optimised our description 3 times and the job in general was quite an exciting role

I tried applying for a role and was redirected to the employers website but was unable to submit the application with multiple errors calling up. I reported this to Charityjob and Teresa De La Torre contacted me. She investigated the problem, spoke with the account manager who then advised me to send my CV and cover letter by email to them directly.

Jamie B, is our Account Manager. He always gives a professional, friendly service and understands our needs. He gets the job done and ensures that we are given the best value for money. He will give great advice but will always respect our way of doing things. We have had many successful candidates directed to us from CharityJob and we will definitely continue using their service for our future needs.

Constant incorrect listing of locations and job types make this site a waste of time, it's much quicker to google search your desired role and location.

Please note that CharityJob is a self posting online job board, so we are not involved in creating or managing the vacancies listed on our website. Incorrect locations can occur for several reasons, and often it is simply due to human error when a recruiter posts their vacancy. While we understand how frustrating this can be, we hope you can appreciate that, as a self posting platform, this is unfortunately outside of our direct control. However, every advert includes a ‘Report an Issue’ function, which allows candidates to flag concerns such as incorrect locations so our Customer Service team can investigate and contact the recruiter if needed. Candidates can also choose to leave their email address so we can provide an update once the issue has been resolved, though many choose not to. From start to finish the service has been amazing. Jules and her team are very attentive and go the extra mile to support our needs and help facilitate our ad being placed. I highly recommend them and will definitley be using their services again when the time comes.

The Customer Service team is really responsive. I have quickly received clear guidance and explanations when asking questions (as a recruiter). I find the recruiter platform really intuitive and easy to use, and I love the fact that applications can all be managed anonymously from within their ATS.

Teresa was very responsive when I got in touch with a query, thank you! However the formatting of a covering letter, once submitted, does not seem to match what an applicant can see when composing the letter. It had removed formatting that made the letter clearer to read (e.g. bullet points and paragraphs).

The customer service was great. Max was on the phone to help instantly and took me through the process with ease. He also stuck around after hours. Above and beyond what I expected and hoped for. 5 Stars from me and I rarely leave reviews!

I had trouble accessing a verfication code to log onto my account. Terresa, a Customer Service Exec was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in knowing exactly what to do to get the problem sorted nice and quickly for me. Which was a refreshing change and very appreciated to have such efficient and reliable service (very rare to find these days). Thank you.
