volume & quality of applicants are reduced each time we use the service & are unlikely to advertise again through Charity Jobs

We had no genuine applications - and struggled to see how we could improve our listing. No contact with charity jobs to ask how to help either.

I understand Sathya Mohan, your assigned CharityJob Account Manager was in contact with you in the first few weeks of your ad being live and did discuss different options to optimise its performance, so it’s very disappointing to hear that despite this and receiving over 2500 views, you were still unable to recruit through us. Posting vacancies on Charity Jobs is very easy and cost-efficient. Our allocated Contract Manager is also very helpful and makes an effort to solve minor issues immediately. We are very satisfied with the service.

Judith at Charity Job was very helpful and positive and guided us through the process and was always available for help and advice. The results from the advert were excellent with 38 applicants a good 10 of which were worthy of consideration.

CharityJob's website is easy to use to set up an advert and the recruiter dashboard is very helpful to keep a handle on the process. I was delighted to get a call from our account manager to suggest using LinkedIn which doubled the number of applicants we received. We were amazed by the total number of applicants for a trustee role. I would strongly recommend CharityJob to large and small charities.

Ishi , my account manager was really helpful-great customer service. This is my first time using Charity jobs and finding it really brilliant . The telephone help was invaluable and enabled us to post our advert quickly just hope we get a good response.
