“I had problems submitting my application, so left a message with CharityJob. They got back to me promptly. I followed their instructions, but then thought that the job had been withdrawn. With further assistance from Beverley I managed to successfully submit my application, so was very happy.”

“We are currently considering CharityJob as a recruitment platform. Max has been proactive in making contact to discuss our needs. He has been open and clear about what the platform can offer and how he will be able to support us as an Account Manager. We have struggled previously with trying to get hold of customer services. I feel reassured that should we choose to join CharityJob, we will have a proactive and accessible Account Manager.”

“I opened a new account with Charity Job and received a call from Jamie who let me know we already had an account, although not used for some years, and he transferred the details to me and sent me the rates and offers, all within the space of 45 minutes. Jamie was polite, knowledgeable and I felt supported and listened too. Thank you!”

“Teresa explained what the technical situation was with my application and I was able to remedy the form's progress. Her workaround need not have been mentioned but she went the extra mile to mention it and it was necessary for me.”

“Teresa was very responsive when I got in touch with a query, thank you! However the formatting of a covering letter, once submitted, does not seem to match what an applicant can see when composing the letter. It had removed formatting that made the letter clearer to read (e.g. bullet points and paragraphs).”

“As a first time recruiter having to recruit senior staff (CEO and CFO) i found Jules - our account manager - extremely helpful. I felt supported while navigating the process of setting up our advert and thereafter i found the portal easy to use. And out of 3 online recruitment methods, both staff were recruited via Charity Jobs.”

“Mathew is always helpful and friendly and makes the process easy. He checks in on me periodically without this being intrusive. The bulk buy job credits are good value for money and we generally receive suitable candidates from Charity Jobs.”

“The opportunity and cost of using Charity Job's for our recruiting campaign served its purpose and we were able to use the dashboard as needed however it was not the best system and some areas on the system not really clear e.g. shortlisted column assumed they were shortlisted for interview, but in fact that was only column available even though they were ‘potential shortlist’ this could be reviewed/worded better?. We did get applicants but very few actually read info pack provided as part of application process and just uploaded their CV. Unexpected extra time taken setting up advert on job board and couldn’t use our own original advert – had to adapt to their system. However, the support from named contact was good. Would give a 3-4 star overall.”
