Great recruitment platform. Easy to use and create your ads and the Recruiter Zone is very user friendly when it comes to sorting and responding to your candidates. Also very quick to responde when you need human assistance!

The quick response and guide is excellent. As a foreigner trying to apply for a job. I was responded to in a welcoming manner and guided through the whole process with clear and meaningful explaination. Excellent customer service!

as a recruiter, I found it too clunky to manage, next time i'd just have link to our website, with all of our application forms on it. I understand Charity Jobs tries to push quick apply which was my mistake. If you are happy to receive applicants cv only, then its fine, anything else is an issue. Lots of applicants struggled uploading their completed documents also.

Phone picked/hhh after just a couple of rings and I was greeted in a very welcoming, efficient and pleasant manner by Beverley. Immediately transferred to Matthew who instantly understood the nature of my call and had all the answers at his fingertips. This was my first call to Charity Jobs and it made my day to deal with people on who are on top of their game. Martin Holdsworth (Company Secretary & CFO).

An efficient process and a helpful advice call from your team. The anonymisation we opted for did not work well, though - it was possible to see email addresses and names by moving the cursor over blanked out parts of some CVs. The use of fruit and veg names made the review of applications confusing because of the similarity of some pseudonyms, which were not individually memorable.
