I've used the 'easy apply' function for the first time, but while it saves time with anonymising it would be even better if the cover letter is also in a downloadable format.

your work has been wonderful and helping me learn more about working in the charity sector and more about different good causes that you can even tell friends about and know about for future times wherever you are in physical space and in your life whatever things you are doing to help other like minded akin souls with good things they are doing, i have been trying to transfer all i am doing online from my dear old poor email address to my new email address, i am so glad for all your good work, though right now i am unemployed and have been unable to get wi-fi back where i am living although for friends trying to help me and i am in a very cold park doing things online before my laptop battery runs out, good wishes to you all and thanks

Disappointing this year compared with last year. Website confusing to me and to one keen applicant. The support from my account manager was excellent, though.

I am new to posting adverts and havent used Charity Jobs before. Matthew Sales was brilliant in coaching me through the process from costing to publishing. The process was simple and speedy. Definitely a great experience compared to other sites.

Our account manager, Jules Keene is on the ball when it comes to customer service. She responds to requests very quickly and is always on hand to ask questions and to resolve issues when needed.

If you are asking people to pay for a service it is important that there are good quality candidates applying for the role. A near identical job ad went out 18 months ago with your platform and got 4 x more applicants on exactly the same package.

We hadnt used Charity Jobs for a while but had a good chat with Judith and decided to advertise our HR role on the platform. Judith was super helpful and responsive.

It has been hit and miss in terms of quality applicants. Over the past year, we have placed 4 adverts and two (repeated) have received very good candidates and two have not. It may be the time of the year the ads have been placed.

This advertising agency has been working with CharityJob since 2014. We ask the CharityJob team to help with an advertisement and they are onto it immediately.
