I had a query with Charity Job's site and they got back in a day and put in a fix to resolve this - that's unusual and impressive in this day and age.

We've used CharityJob before to advertise posts and always garnered a reasonable response in terms of applications. The latest one generated one application despite over 400 views which was very disappointing. We had more responses for considerably less money via Indeed.

Judith is our Account Mgr. She updated the credits onto our account as we discussed and we also able to generate a report as requested on our recruitment stats. Confirmation email and Invoice received very promptly. Very happy as ever.

Not many replies to our advert. Also, as there is no option to upload a covering letter as requested, many people don't.
