Faired poorly against other recruitment platforms for reach and attraction of candidates

Dear Claire, I understand your Account Manager, Judith Jones did try to call you on both the 10th & 13th of June regarding suggestions on how to tweak your ad to garner more applications, but unfortunately, was not able to speak to you so left messages instead. I believe Judith has now spoken to you this morning and has extended your ad for free and tweaked the ad as suggested. These tweaks should now help to reach a bigger pool of relevant candidates. For future reference and should you wish to advertise with us again, please feel free to call Judith first to ensure you receive the best possible advice to help maximise the ad performance. As Jules advised, all job boards across all sectors are currently finding it challenging to recruit due to the current job market – job heavy and very candidate short. Only had one application via Charity Job, which contained only a CV with insufficient information on it.

I understand your Account Manager, Chris Sparkes, has tried to contact you via telephone to discuss the potential reasons for your ad not performing as well as you had hoped for, but as he was unable to, he exchanged email correspondence instead. My problem isn't with the site, but for a charity website, it was a lot of money to advertise and I didn't receive a lot of views for the job.

Hi Joyce. I understand my colleague Sam has been in touch today with your colleague Deborah to discuss the possible reasons for your ad not performing as well as you’d hoped. I also understand Sam advised Deborah that you are entitled to our CJ Promise so should you wish to readvertise it with us, you can do so free of charge.
