Dear Claire, I understand your Account Manager, Judith Jones did try to call you on both the 10th & 13th of June regarding suggestions on how to tweak your ad to garner more applications, but unfortunately, was not able to speak to you so left messages instead. I believe Judith has now spoken to you this morning and has extended your ad for free and tweaked the ad as suggested. These tweaks should now help to reach a bigger pool of relevant candidates. For future reference and should you wish to advertise with us again, please feel free to call Judith first to ensure you receive the best possible advice to help maximise the ad performance. I understand your Account Manager, Chris Sparkes, has tried to contact you via telephone to discuss the potential reasons for your ad not performing as well as you had hoped for, but as he was unable to, he exchanged email correspondence instead. Hi Joyce. I understand my colleague Sam has been in touch today with your colleague Deborah to discuss the possible reasons for your ad not performing as well as you’d hoped.
