“As a small charity with limited resources we had to pay UPFRONT for our job advertisement. After 30 days we have had 3 responses all of which were totally inappropriate. From a similar, much cheaper, site we had 69 responses to the same advert, over the same period 10 of which were appropriate and led to our employing a new manager. I asked if Charity Jobs would refund all or part of our fees and was told that no refund would be given. Not a great service, I would never use this site again.”
