“We would recommend Castle Hot Tubs. The service from the beginning in the showroom up to the delivery was spot on. We would like to thank the staff at the Swansea showroom and the delivery drivers and fitters for first class service,and the manager for a training session in the upkeep of the tub. “Friendly service with no hard sell when we approached the stand at the RWS. Efficient fitting with pre - fitting visit to check accessibility. Fitters were friendly and helpful at all times and care information was explained well.”
