“I was disappointed to be told after installation that temperature has to be controlled at the heat pump as well as at the tub panel. We were not told this at the showroom. Why not?”

“I have been a customer for many years. But each time I visit the website there is a small problem. I made my first visit of 2024. I required chemicals for sanitising spa water and cleaning, but could not find them on the site. I was about to leave when I tried searching for actual names of the products, and what I needed was suddenly there. Could you please arrange it so that chemicals appear together as 'chemicals' and not mixed in with multiple piece of spa equipment? Just asking after wastng half an hour.”

“While the product is an important part of hot tub ownership. With the price being as it is, what really puts me off is the postage cost. * Amazon sell the same product with free next day postage. Something for the seller to consider. Will I re-order?”

“Staff member very pleasant and helpful to talk to. Advised place order on-line. 5% discount would be applied automatically. Order placed on-line. Excellent delivery time from date of purchase (within 2 days) Dissappointed to find 5% discount not applied. I have been a customer since 2012. Discount has always been applied when purchasing over the phone. I intend to remain a loyal customer but will only place future orders over the phone.”

“I have not yet received the order that I placed. I was disappointed that the order was not sent with any tracking considering that the charge for postage was £72,75. I have previously ordered from Castle Hot Tubs and we are pleased with the product, but the delivery method needs to be reviewed.”
