“Made my hot tub move seamless. From dealing with Rhiannon in head office, Tony in the Swansea store to the gentlemen that delivered the hottub, all the staff were extremely polite and professional and couldn't do enough. Contacted a few hottub moving companies and so glad I went with castle hottubs. Couldn't recommend enough. A+”

“I have been a customer for many years. But each time I visit the website there is a small problem. I made my first visit of 2024. I required chemicals for sanitising spa water and cleaning, but could not find them on the site. I was about to leave when I tried searching for actual names of the products, and what I needed was suddenly there. Could you please arrange it so that chemicals appear together as 'chemicals' and not mixed in with multiple piece of spa equipment? Just asking after wastng half an hour.”
