“I’m a fairly recent online customer. I have always had great help when phoning and website is easy to use, with lots of articles with really helpful advice. Even during the first lockdown, there was someone to advise and goods sent out remarkably swiftly. As a returning customer, I get a discount too. I won’t be buying from elsewhere.”

“Friendly and efficient sales staff who guided our choice according to our budget. Our installation was a difficult one because of the position in garden. Installation was carried out without any problems with the use of an experienced crane driver. Set up was carried out quickly and efficiently by engineer and staff. Admin staff have provided helpful guidance when required. Would highly recommend this company.”

“I have used Castle Hot Tubs a few times. Never had any issues. We run holiday lets with three hot tubs and on one occasion had some rowdy guests who managed to kick out the 5" main light unit, which is below water level. I called Castle in desperation, and they had a spare. I collected this from them and that saved the next guests being without a tub whilst I tried to find a light unit online. The pump they supplied recently has been built using their supplied parts.....thanks Jenny!! Thoroughly recommend Castle. 👍”
