“Item came undamaged. When preparing the arch we noticed 2 pieces of wood were either previously repaired, therefore would not hold the screws. Emailed them but never heard anything. Poor customer service.”

“I Paid extra for my parcel to be delivered on the Saturday it did not come until the monday i lost work time and money because of this . When asking Buy a Parcel what they would do to compensate this they told me to take it up with the delivery company. ( in a word not there problem) so not happy with the servis. I know these are difficult times we are all in but if a servis can't be fulfilled that you pay for then it should not be offered and if something goes wrong it should be made wright .”

“I thought the timer would fit to the micro drip water. But it doesn't it fits to a standard hose pipe. I feel they shouldn't be sold together. So this is why I have to give it only 2 stars.”

“I have ordered my Makira Router Cordless Kit on Sunday with nxt weekday delivery. Not received and no Order reference to track my parcel has been emailed!? No reply either after emailing through as no one can answer the phone!?”

“I do not recommend, the parcel arrived after time and a problem with contact, wad said free delivery in next 3 working days i recived my parcel 2 weeks after purchase”

“Looked very pretty with perfect measurements for my garden. Parcel came quite quickly. We were eager to put it up. While assembling it there were 2 joints where the legs looked liked they had been prevoiusly been repaired. The screws kept coming out so not holding the joints in place. We contacted by emailing them with pictures advising of our problem. Still not heard anything. Poor customer service. Been 2 weeks now.”

“Nothing wrong with the product, but I found the communication very poor. The item was delivered three days after the latest proposed delivery date, meaning that the plumber I had booked could do nothing. I could have got the item cheaper elsewhere, but chose this company because of the promised quick delivery time.”

“I was informed that my archway had been delivered and signed for by someone who had not signed the correct name. There was no delivery. It took several emails and an eventual request for a name of the delivery person so that I could get a crime number from the police to produce a response that my parcel had been marked as delivered and signed for in error! The archway was delivered the next day.”

“Delivery of (from memory) 10 or 12 days from within a UK source was far too long. Can only assume that Buy a Parcel don't stock - buy from elsewhere and send on.”

“Parcel went missing and I never received it. Awaiting a replacement but now out of stock. I appreciate difficult times but was difficult to contact anyone and get a response. Very frustrating. Hoping that when stock arrives my item will be sent straight away by express.”
