I was informed that my archway had been delivered and signed for by someone who had not signed the correct name. There was no delivery. It took several emails and an eventual request for a name of the delivery person so that I could get a crime number from the police to produce a response that my parcel had been marked as delivered and signed for in error! The archway was delivered the next day.
