“Tap work fine, however the basin plug leaks water away when pressed, trickled a little to start with, but now you can herr the water seeping. Very annoying as the basin is fitted. Not happy”

“I ordered a particular router RT0700. What turned up was the next generation of router RT0702, with a safe start function. In most cases this would be fine. But I my application - use in a cnc machine - it makes it more difficult to set up. It is OK. But it would have been better if buy a parcel had delivered what had been advertised.”

“Well happy with my tool bundle but the free magnetic drill bit they added worth about 5 pounds was bust when received. After spending over £800 it was abit of a kick in the teeth but other then that all was well.”

“Product was great, delivery was appaling. You cannot change delivery date / time with Evri, I was going out part way through their delivery slot & they moved it back anyway about half an hour before the start of the slot. Parcel was dumped on my doorstep in the pouring rain (they are supposed to attempt 3 deliveries if you aren't in). It sat there for over 3 hours. Good thing this wasn't damaged by water!”

“Received shower unit in good time delivery was excellent but unit when installed possibly faulty. Had to phone Company they are seniding me a new unit but taken 7 days so far i just today phoned for an update apparently its been dispatched today so another 3-7 day delivery time given . Lets see when it arrive although the customer service was good when i phoned them just the delay of receiving a replacement...”

“The price was very good. The box was quite badly damaged in several places. This could have been down to careless couriers, or perhaps the price was good because it was a return. The item works but it's slow compared with my previous cordless hedge cutters.”

“Be very wary of falling into the trap of purchasing this and thinking that it enables you to collect on Makita's current promotions. It does not. It is a made up kit by Buy a Parcel and Makita will refuse to honour the current promotion whereby you can get a free battery, radio etc etc. Not BaP's fault entirely as they do not advertise it as such, but by the same token, they also don't advise that it is actually classed as the "Z" model. This means that it is actually cheaper to purchase elsewhere. As far as the item itself goes, it was fine, as to be expected. BaP's delivery, also ok. Just be aware.”

“Bought router cutter set, and the courier Evri delivered to the wrong address. After finally locating my parcel at another address, I found it damaged inside. Not happy, I don't think Buyaparcel Was to blame, other than using an abysmal courier as this wasn't my first issue with Evri. I will always try to avoid buying from companies using this courier going forward.”
