“I bought a Makita circuler saw with a size 3 box thinking the saw would fit inside. The box was for a drill and two batterie's. To fit the saw in you need to remove the blade and raise the guard. Very disappointed.”

“There was a problem with the delivery of the Product I purchased and buy parcel were not at fault. The did sort this out with the delivery company and my purchase was delivered eventually. The overall experience with buy A parcel purchasing etc was good and customer service department was excellent.”

“Ordered a Nail Gun which arrived in a soaking wet box and the box was torn open. The power tool did not arrive in a manufacturers box, was just wrapped ln bubble wrap. The courier advised that the parcel was out for deliver on Friday 28th Nov but it arrived 9pm on Monday 1st Dec. Never rang my doorbell, just left it on the floor outside, I suspect he was too embarrassed to deliver it. I have emailed Buyaparcel several times with no response from them at all. Also range Customer services only to get a voicemail saying all agents are busy and then was cut off. All in all a terrible experience. Happy to report that buyaparcel got in contact and the issue has been resolved to the satifaction of all parties. Thanks for getting in contact Mike.”

“Ordered a shower mixer on line from Buy A Parcel - order process was easy, excellent communication from supplier including contact and tracking details with DHL. We were advised of del by DHL - waited in all day to be told by DHL that delivery was complete and signed for!! Advised the supplier that this was Not true - they contacted DHL and were advised the parcel was not delivered but lost!! Buy A Parcel were excellent, they arranged for a specific timed delivery for a replacement as soon as they could (a few days later). The Customer Service from the supplier was excellent - only let down by DHL. Product now installed - very pleased with quality at a good price.”

“Mostly good. However, we chose Click and Collect and the next thing we knew we had an email saying it was out for delivery! We couldn't work this out so had to ring to sort it out.”

“Parcel arrived in reasonable time and condition. Products were as described, except a 125mm angle grinder kit came with 115mm discs. Some confusing communications about an offer item holding up my delivery but it was resolved quickly. Website is easy to use, and prices are competitive with other sites. However, sometimes the filtering and categorisation on the website is difficult to use.”

“Spoke to Customer Services as my parcel was never delivered by DHL, the person was very apologetic and reassured me my parcel would be delivered again a few dsys later by a different courier. I received my parcel and happy with the resolution. Bought from them before as they have the best prices.”

“Buy A Parcel delivery time was excellent. The price point for the Makita product was good but having never used a multi cutter before I was surprised at how very quickly the blades wore down. I don't know if this is the quality of the accessory set or whether it is normal.”

“Not happy at all. Placed order on 31st May. I was informed delivery would be by 4th June. Tried contacting them when goods were not delivered. They do not answer phone but always say all agents are busy. Have emailed them but Still no goods or reply to emails. Is this a scam or just a PLAIN OLD FRAUD?”

“Dropped a star because of delayed delivery. Initially the courier said the delivery address did not exist. I found this intersting as delivey was to a Somerset town not a remote part of the UK. Anyway after a couple of phone calls delivery was sorted and product arrived the following day.”
