“Dropped a star because of delayed delivery. Initially the courier said the delivery address did not exist. I found this intersting as delivey was to a Somerset town not a remote part of the UK. Anyway after a couple of phone calls delivery was sorted and product arrived the following day.”

“Unfortunately the initial order didn't ship. Customer services took over a week to reply but were quick to offer a refund or re-order. On my second try the order was received the following day. The communication on order processing and shipping was excellent and the product was packaged well and as described.”

“Got exactly what I wanted at a competitive price and delivered the next day. Unfortunately, the first delivery had a part missing. However, a quick phone call resulted in a replacement being delivered the following day. Box was opened and slightly damaged on the second delivery but everything present and correct inside.”

“This is the second purchase. Salt tablets are good quality, price is good. However, on each occasion the table have been broken. Most likely in the delivery. Fine when they are just broken in two but causes an issue when they are in multiple pieces. I hope this helps. Kind regards”

“The reason for the 4 star was the fact that two of the blocks were broken on receipt and opening ( One Package). This probably was a result of mishandling by the courier, and I have installed these first.”

“The tap was great! However the plumbing connections on tap were 1/2” bsp with a swivel nut but the motorhome plumbing is 12mm and trying to get 1/2” male iron to 12mm speed fit is not easy but it is not common plumbing in uk. Perhaps the tap manufacture should supply or add them as an extra.”
