Avoid at all cost. Customer service doesn't exist purchased orbital sander 6 days ago and not even dispatched... probably reading other negative feedback not even in stock. Not once responded to my message. Waste of time and money, businesses like this one should be banned.

I have purchased a product from your eBay shop. I have been given a tracking number, but it looks as though the haven’t received the parcel to ship out. I have emailed and called several times with no response. I have spend £300 on a tool I have a clue as to what is happening as there is zero customer service.

Worst buying experience I can remember… Worst buying experience I can remember in a long time. - Ordered a Makita DAS180 Blower on 30th April through eBay. - Item remained in a paid status with no updates for nearly a week. - Sent a couple of messages chasing an update, without reply. - Fed up with waiting and no response so instructed BuyAParcel to cancel the order and not dispatch. - BuyAParcel ignored my requests and eventually dispatched the item. - Sent massages to BuyAParcel and had no response. - Decided to call them. Spoke to Drew. Nice enough guy, assured me all would be OK. Drew provided me with a free return address and advised me the refund would be processed within 1-5 days. - Item was dispatched back for return within 2 hours of delivery on the 8th May. - Tracking confirmed returned item was received 4 days later on the 12th May. - Its now 19th May, a week after receiving my return, and I'm still waiting for my BuyAParcel refund and they are not replying to my messages. I have purchased from BuyAParcel previously without issue. However, things must have changed, because now, May 2025, my experience couldn't have been much worse. My honest advice would be to think twice before purchasing from BuyAParcel. BuyAParcel prices are not as good as they once were, and BuyAParcel now practice business more like a drop-shipper. Who wants to be waiting a week for a tool to arrive and no response? I receive deliveries from China quicker than from BuyAParcel. I ended up purchasing my Makita DAS180 from PowerToolMate instead. They were £13 cheaper and the product arrived next day, without issue. PowerToolMate also includes the Makita branded drawstring accessories bag, which BuyAParcel were trying to charge an extra £7 for. I would advise prospective customers to purchase tools from PowerToolMate instead. PowerToolMate appear to be more transparent, cheaper and dispatch far quicker than BuyAParcel.

I placed an order on 14th april, advertised as evri next day delivery, estimated 2-3 days. It is now 10 days later & i have still not received my item. I have sent many messages to which I have received no reply. This company obviously uses Subterfuge to sell there items as reading through other reviews I can see they have also done this to so many other people. I could of ordered of temu for half the price & received the item from china quicker. Absolute joke.

Purchased a makita drill - delivery was slow. Came with a box for storage, however the wrong box was provided. Contacted customer service with no resolution or acknowledgement of their mistake and no interest in replacing for the correct box. Dreadful customer service

DO NOT USE!!!!! Ordered a 2x Festool rails, bag and joining bars. only sent out 1 rail and a bag. now saying the price wasn't displayed properly and won't reply to emails. cant get hold of anyone. very disappointing service. avoid this company.

I bought 23 makita 6 amp batteries and only received 20 then I emailed u and u done nothing about it so don’t think a will be buying of u again

I've had a very poor experience of this company. I purchased a pair of clamps on B and Q's website which stated that the item was supplied by Buyaparcel. The website clearly stated that the price was for two clamps and it even showed a picture of two clamps. When the package arrived there was only one clamp. I called B and Q who at first told me that it was a known error that I had only received one clamp and the second one was already out for delivery. It never arrived. After several fruitless calls to B and Q I decided to call Buyaparcel. They couldn't give me an immediate resolution and said that they needed to investigate. I later received a call back from them to say that the website page was incorrect and that I had no other options than to pay the full price for the one clamp or return the clamp for a refund. This price was well above the 'going rate' for one clamp. They would not consider any compromise such as a goodwill discount on the one clamp. So I had no choice but to return the clamp. It then took almost a full week from when the clamp was delivered to their premises to when the refund from B and Q was received. Throughout the whole saga B and Q were essentially wanting nothing to to do with resolving the issue. The website was not taken down/amended for a few days after the issue had been identified, so others must have fallen into the same net.

Poor service ordered a shower 1 month ago now. Sent the wrong shower. Cheaper shower may I add! Still waiting for them to come and exchange the shower for the correct one. Had emails and messages to say the shower will be delivered three times waited in and still no shower. Will never use again poor service

I paid for a tool pouch and belt but only the belt arrived and they are not responding to my messages. I can’t fit any screws in a belt alone, I feel like I have been robbed. Would not recommend and will definitely not be buying again from this racket.

A terrible experience I purchased a bare unit sander with no battery or charger that I completely understand but when it arrived It also didn’t have a sanding head either!!! So completely unusable I’ve sent two emails with no reply! This sander I use for work and have lost money in the process and with I never ordered this item

I ordered an item on a Friday morning and paid extra for next day delivery. A week later I have not recieved the parcel. I have tried calling but unable to get through. I have sent emails and not had any response. Poor service. Would leave zero star review but unable to do so.

Bought a item for plumber to fit he was delayed so took over 30 days to find out it was the wrong item. Never opened box but they would not refund very unhelpful. Never buy from this company again. Will go to Amazon who seem to be s more understanding company

Iv since bought the dewalt first and second fix nail guns and also the sds dewalt drill with chuck. Through ebay, iv not received thed items and it seems ad it was delivered but nothing was ??? I'm having to fight through ebay but as iv never had this problem iv messed up and opened dispute with PayPal.so it messed it up with ebay, the crowd told me to cancel PayPal dispute and they would refund me strait away, so stupid me did and now they are playing games and iv spent £725 off my hard ernt money as I'm trying to start my own one man band buisness up and this has had a massive impact on me, while they seem to not care about this situation nd there customer service team ie Emily isn't very polite and seems not interested, they could send my items out recorded delivery or refund me but with there attertude I don't want to deal with them again and all I want is my refund, please Emily leys resolve this as I'm not going away till you do, very upset and disappointed
