“Ordered a Makita Electric drill and Electric Impact driver. They arrived very quickly and well-packaged and in perfect condition. Unfortunately, when I tried to fit the battery to the drill I discovered that the track for it was bent and so could not seat it. I emailed Buy a Parcel and they arranged a replacement immediately which arrived on the day we agreed and was perfect. This was excellent service and I would 100% recommend this company.”

“I tell you what I needed my dewalt tek screwdriver ASAP for a job I was doing. I ordered and opted for next working day delivery at a slight extra charge. The DHL the delivery was exactly at the time promised The price was cheapest I could find. I was using the tool at work 22hours later. Excellent”

“I needed to return an item of quite high value. The returns service was 10/10. The delivery company had not arrived to the house and not notified me that they were unable to make the collection. However once I advised BuyAParcel, they apologies on behalf of the delivery company and rearranged the collection for the next day no questions asked. On every occassion, I was assisted by a very helpful member of staff and they are all keen on ensuring good customer service. Credit to the team.”
