“2 stars as the item arrived without the insert. I was told that the insert was no longer available but they are still listed for sale on ebay which is strange. I would however score them 4 stars on communication and the effort put in to returning the item for a full refund which I am grateful for.”

“The items genuine branded goods but the eBay listing was wasn’t accurate so some items listed, weren’t received. Delivery was very poor, I never received notification that my item was ready to collect or a code to verify to the click and collect agent that the item was mine. Had I not chased up the parcel, I would never have received it.”

Your order was dispatched from our warehouse on 29th July 2020 with DHL Parcel UK, and was delivered to the Click & Collect Store you selected from the list eBay supplies at checkout on Thursday 30th July at 2:43pm. This click and collect service is operated and ran by eBay, so once the store receives the parcel they have to book it on the system with eBay, so eBay can then email or text a FM Collection Code to you. This code is never sent to us, eBay will only send it to the person who makes the order.

“I got my makita brushless plainer opened it up love the tool but I wasn't very happy about what they gave me for a inlay and been trying to call them to sort it out But no one Answer the phone so I will not buy again off them”

Apologize but our phone lines have been closed as our customer service staff have been working from home due to Covid-19, there is a pre-recorded message on the phone line advising customers to email the customer service team with any questions / issues and they will get back to you within 24/48 hours. These kits are sent into us mixed, so some come with plastic inlay and others with a foam inlay. Due to this we do not state on the listing if your kit will include a foam or plastic inlay because we can't guarantee what we will receive from the manufacture. We offer a 30 day return period for not suitable products, so you are welcome to email websales@buyaparcel.com to raise a return as long as the kit hasn't been used.

“To be honest not finding you an easy place to shop with . Had some issues when buying some power tools through eBay , delivery took ages although I live in Lowestoft. Actually saw one of your vans in town today . Now my sander has died after 3 months I’m told I’ve got to send it away. Which leaves me without a sander , .And the only way to communicate with you is by email. Although you have my number, . One of the main reasons for shopping with you is to support local traders , but you’re not making it easy!”

“I purchased the shower for an elderly neighbour. I have fitted Triton showers since 1979 , so know the product. The shower arrived . I fitted on the Saturday , finding the case blanks missing from the security sealed box. Noboy's perfect . These things happen. When I contacted the supplier , they intimated they had no positive result with Triton Showers. In fairness , due to the current covid situation , I agree , the situation is not the best. After two weeks , I have contacted Triton Showers myself. They will post on the parts to me. I would have expected this from my supplier , but at least my Customer has been satisfied .”

We are sorry to hear there was a issue with your Triton Shower order. Due the lock-down caused by Covid a lot of manufactures either closed down or sent staff to work from home, and because of this it did take a lot longer to get replies from the teams we deal with at manufactures and supplies. We are glad to hear you have received the missing parts and your customer is happy with the shower.

“The service from Buy a Parcel was efficient and as expected and we have no issues with that, but we were very disappointed with the product purchased. We bought a Gardman Heavy Duty 2 seater bench cover which was delivered on 13 June. This product was not as described as it was not heavy duty and has since leaked so is not fit for purpose. We have since discovered that Gardman went into administration in 2018 and therefore this product should not have been sold. The 5yr warranty is worthless. We look forward to receiving a refund. Michael Moore”

I am sorry to hear you aren't happy with the your order. I personally have a patio set version of this which has stood the test of two winters so far, so I am sorry this has not been the case with yours. Gardman were taken over by Westland so the 5 year warranty is valid, but regardless of that, we are here to help in a situation like this. I can see that a full refund was issued back to you on 13th July 2020.

“I bought a set of these lights from a well known on line retailer and loved them. I felt that they were quite expensive and was thrilled to find them at a considerably reduced price at buyaparcel. I bought a second set. They arrived damaged. A replacement was sent out. These are nowhere near as bright as my original (more expensive) set. I suspect they are all seconds for some reason.”

We are sorry to hear your originally order was damaged in transit but glad to hear you got in contact with us so we can send a replacement set out to you, but I am sorry to hear you aren't happy with these lights. I can confirm these are not "seconds" all these lights are purchased direct from the manufacture, shipped to us and then then go straight out when an order has been placed.

“Hi. I bought one set of solar lights early May liked them so much I bought two more sets, unfortunately today the first set have failed so my initial pleasure with this product has now changed due to this failure I was happy hence purchasing two further sets but now not happy and left feeling disheartened and wondering how long before the next two sets will fail - not happy ☹️☹️”
