Initially customer service was great, unfortunately when they made arrangements to collect and deliver a replacement product it didn’t arrive as planned wasted a day and a half poor planning and never answered my emails for several days. Not impressed at the end of the day with this service. No doubt they will blame someone else they made the delivery arrangements and just didn’t do what they said they would. A response to my emails would have been nice and acknowledge they messed up. Service started off good then quickly deteriorated. The delays ruined my project and cost me money and wasted time.

Ordered our arbour from buy a parcel as it stated 14 days delivery. Received a dispatched email where the courier's name was blank, so I emailed customer service who advised the reason it's blank is because it's coming from manufacturers. They will call you within 4 weeks to discuss delivery. This is not the time frame that was advertised. They called me after 3 weeks, so when my item was delivered it was 5 weeks after ordering, alot more than 14 days. I won't be using buy a parcel again.

Bought some garden lights (LED pack of 6) and on delivery only 3 worked. Contacted the service desk, who must be congratulated, arranged for another batch to be dispatched. This time 4 of 6 lights worked. Perhaps the product is really poor but supplier needs to take action to improve.

Product arrived 1 day late. Product arrived in wrong box. Could not contact anyone at Buyaparcel on the telephone, because (as their pre recorded message stated) COVID-19 has forced their staff to work from home. Do Buyaparcel's staff have no phones at home?? The product itself works perfectly and is in perfect condition. However, it is the little details that make the difference and Buyaparcel fall short in this regard. Pity :-(

Slow dispatch, Misleading despatch and postage. The item I bought showed a tick next to next day delivery, only to be told you had to osy extra. I hsve the print screen but company were not interested. It took longer than their write up said and Covid has nothing to do with it. Many companies are in the ssme position but do far better than this company. Its all down to commitment. I will not use them again. Better sellers out there and its a buyers market. Shop around.

The wrong product was sent, which was disappointing because it was a birthday present. I saw the courier deliver it but he rushed off before i was able to check the delivery. On the positive side, after some time, a swap took place, which was great!

I am worried that this item is not brand new as clear plastic on tyre pressure readout is badly scratched. Is it reconditioned.

The drill get item and price only 2 stars because of delivery, I ordered the drill and it stated order by 3pm for next day delivery which i did and it took 4 days, As I said the drill does what it should and is worth 5 stars

The temperature control on W80 shower mixer valve would not work - it was either very hot or cold. Buyaparcel did try to help and supplied a replacement cartridge, but this also failed to work. Under the circumstances Buyaparcel agreed to let me return for afull refund which was good and much appreciated. I have now purchased a Bristan shower mixer valve which was much more expensive but works fine.

Item was fine.but customer service is shocking 2 emails and no reply.paid for next day delivery arrived 5 days later,no refund.contacted carrier said its up to yor seller.even tho problem was with carrier delayed when i looked it was at warehouse and had not moved had to buy another for a job.really angry tried to phone emailed twice no reply will never use again,only got a reply after this review said no emails received, but have now refunded the nxt day delivery cost.courier was to falt for the delay,

Hi We have looked into this and can see you placed the order on our website on Thursday 24th September and selected the Next Day postage option. We can see the warehouse shipped the order on the same day (24/09) on the next day delivery service with the carrier DHL Parcel UK. We've looked into this with DHL and can only apologise as they should have delivered this to your address on Friday 25th Sept, but from the details we can see on their tracking site it appears they had some issues while parcels were going through their sortation hubs which in turn caused them some delays with delivering. We can see that DHL delivered the parcel to your address on Monday 28th Sept at 11:28am. We've searched our customer service mailbox (websales@buyaparcel.com) but found no email from yourself report any issues with your delivery, as we answer all messages within 24-48 hours between a Mon to Fri. We will get your postage of £2.99 refunded back to the credit/debit card you paid with originally due to the delivery delay caused by the carrier. You should see the refund back on your card within 2-3 working days.

Levels are very good But Paid next day delivery any it took 2 weeks to come Very disappointed and will probably not use them again I would have paid more locally if I new this was going to be the case

Hi, we are sorry to hear there was a delay with you receiving your online order. We can see you got in contact with our customer service team to report this delay and they processed a refund for the postage you paid back to you. We can see you placed the order on 8th September but the order was delivered to your address by the carrier until the 17th Sept, so we do apologise that there was such a long delay in you receiving your order as this is not the normal turn around time for online orders.

I still have not received my item and have contacted eBay direct with my complaint I sent the disclaimer form to the email address supplied on form and have heard nothing since My patience is running out after spending £262.99

Please can you send the completed disclaimer document to websales@buyaparcel.com as we have not received this. As we have advised, soon as we can get the claim completed and either get a full refund issued to you, or ship a new order under new tracking information .

How did you do? I have bought a Bosch Jigsaw with a multibuy discount but received a Circular Saw instead, requested a swap but received a refund instead, so I had to purchase the saw with no discount after having to repack and send the wrong item back, on top of the delay caused of having to wait for the new order to be processed and delivered. not a fantastic experience was it? errors happen indeed and I accept that but as a returning customer I would have expected better service, at least to be offered the item to be replaced with a 24hr courier after the wrong item was returned.

Not to happy to be honest saw dosent cut stright and the degree markings appear to be off moves 1mm every time I pull saw out and in very annoying
