The parcel arrived in a very deteriorated box and it was broken and with one piece missing. Very disappointing.. I contacted the customer service and they were really helpful and sent me a new one quick though.

Deceitful description.add says 10 x 1200mm Road pins . When purchased one road pin arrived 10 mm x 1200 mm not 10 pins as expected Other companies are selling 10 for around £10-£12 your would cost £69 so been caught out by the description AVOID NEVER USE AGAIN

The tripod the laser level comes with is not fit for purpose - you cannot mount it secure to the tripod (the screw is not the correct size for the laser level)

It was unfortunate that the product you sent me was not the one I ordered. These things happen, but you couldn’t replace it with the product I needed. Agreement to return was easy with a provided label for posting et cetera. The trouble is I had to chase you three times over two weeks to do the refund. When you said you’ll be refunding in two of receipt. That’s not good.

I've bought from this company before and was very pleased but this time my circular saw came with a double drill box that does not fit and when questioned was told that was all they had not a good response

I have been asking whether the returned package has been credited to my account but have not received any reply. Has it now been credited or not?

I purchased a spare Dewalt chainsaw blade, the part number is incorrect on the website, so I had to return it for a refund, Im still waiting after 4 weeks, not very good

Dreadful item, very poor quality. It was a nuisance to return as had to drive quite a way to the drop off point. Had to phone twice to get my refund. Will not use this company again.

A good product, a Makita electric chainsaw. Dreadful delivery. Left in the garden of a property 500 yards away in the rain. I found it the following day in a very sorry state.

We are very sorry to hear that the carrier took this long to complete the delivery with you. I can see that your order was dispatched from the Buyaparcel warehouse and handed to the carrier on 16th August 2022. So we would have expected the carrier to deliver this to the address on the order within 24-48 working hours after dispatch.

Bought through eBay. The price changed just as I pressed accept button and I was overcharged. Neither Post Office not eBay refunded the overcharge despite asking for and receiving all information requested

I bought a bag for my tools. Got an email to say it had been shipped and was on a guaranteed two day delivery. A week later I had no delivery. I emailed and had no reply. After a second week I emailed again. Had a reply this time. no one knew where my bag was, was told I would get a new one sent to me. A few minutes later I had another email saying they were out of stock so I would get a refund. Refund was received quickly.
