“Absolutely dreadful experience, they left the expensive item on a doorstep of a busy road, and won't help rectify the situation, arrogant staff, late to respond to communication, avoid at all costs!”

“Ref 1068458366-A Bosch pole hedge trimmer battery and charger. My problem is more with DHL , after four conflicting emails re delivery delays, it wasn't sent by you, on way , must be me to sign , verification age , picture ID was given specific time , recieved email 2 hours before when no-one in, to be told recieved at my address by fictious named person , verification and I'd given ??? Rubbish , Unable to contact DHL , Godfrey Age verification and now your customer service , the whole situation unprofessional and misleading and DHL what a.ounts to illegal practice , all very disappointing as first time buyer with you company”

“False advertising on Ebay. 7 days... possibly more for a simple delivery. State Royal Mail and DHL, but send by useless Evri. They do not answer messages. Totally unprofessional company.”

“I purchased a table saw from this company which was delivered by DHL. The box and saw were damaged. I have been trying to get the issue resolved without success, there after sales is terrible. I understand the issue is the delivery company but my contract is with buy a parcel, pictures have been sent and still no solution. Won't buy from them again”

“Poor returns procedure for out-of-box failed item Delivery was prompt but the battery was faulty and would not take a charge from the charger supplied with the kit. I have other batteries with which I could test the charger, so it is clearly a battery fault. Their returns procedure is very poor: they despatch a replacement via DHL and they agree a DAY when you have to be at home to swap the new for the defective item. Having stayed in for a day, with no sign of DHL, I waited in a 2nd day in case DHL had been delayed. Again I stayed in but no joy, and no contact. The next day I was travelling on holiday, so I requested a rebooking of the swap for week of 11th May. Since I've returned they have refused to answer several messages. I do not hold them accountable for a manufacturing defect: however, they ARE responsible for their own returns procedure, which failed, and is ridiculous in giving a "whole day" swap window. And they ARE responsible for failing to respond to follow up messages.”

“Having ordered loppers and secateurs through B and Q I was really disappointed to receive them not on the Friday 1st as I thought but on Tuesday the 6th , busy time of year and I did forgo a discount to get them a bit quicker- on my parcel it says next day delivery!”

“Bought item from buyaparcel on ebay. Site states product will be sent 1 day from reciept of payment. 7 days later no update showing except they recieved my payment. Contacted buyaparcel after 5 days of no update & 2 days later no response to my enquiry. Very poor service. Buyaparcel have now had my money a week and no sign of anything happening with regards to me recieving anything for the money I have spent with them. Worst service I have recieved so far this year by far.”

“SIN0452227 The item was ordered via B&Q on the 16/2 and dispatch was due on 17/2, but it's now 18/2 and its late, supposed to be next day delivery, so been told I might get it tomorrow, no communication regarding the delay, and customer services have not replied.”

“I bought a Makita circuler saw with a size 3 box thinking the saw would fit inside. The box was for a drill and two batterie's. To fit the saw in you need to remove the blade and raise the guard. Very disappointed.”

“There was a problem with the delivery of the Product I purchased and buy parcel were not at fault. The did sort this out with the delivery company and my purchase was delivered eventually. The overall experience with buy A parcel purchasing etc was good and customer service department was excellent.”

“Ordered a Makita Electric drill and Electric Impact driver. They arrived very quickly and well-packaged and in perfect condition. Unfortunately, when I tried to fit the battery to the drill I discovered that the track for it was bent and so could not seat it. I emailed Buy a Parcel and they arranged a replacement immediately which arrived on the day we agreed and was perfect. This was excellent service and I would 100% recommend this company.”
