“I have bought a few tools from Buyaparcel and have no issue with them, HOWEVER, I am currently awaiting a delivery via DHL which has been delayed AGAIN. It was originally out for delivery on the 8th December but has been delayed “until the next working day” three times and is now supposedly coming tomorrow (12 December). This item has been purchased as a Christmas present to be given to the recipient on Saturday. In the meantime, I purchased another item from Buyaparcel (ordered 7th Dec, delivered by Evri on 10th Dec) just as expected. Just FYI, emails to Buyaparcel have not been answered and the phone goes to voicemail.”

“I've ordered lots of things off your company in the past and had great service. However on this occasion, i had a extremely bad service from the courier (dhl),which ment me returning the order whilst they had it in there possession back to you.as a result of this experience i will not order from you again whilst you are using this courier. Thanks for the feedback David. We do also have a contract with Evri who do next day deliveries now as well. We have used all the carriers over the years and depending on who had a bad experience with one, we are often told "we won't buy from you if you use x". All we can do is weigh up the commercial proposition with the failure rate. Sadly in this world of free delivery expectation and very tight margins, we are limited on alternatives.
