“SIN0452227 The item was ordered via B&Q on the 16/2 and dispatch was due on 17/2, but it's now 18/2 and its late, supposed to be next day delivery, so been told I might get it tomorrow, no communication regarding the delay, and customer services have not replied.”

“I bought a Makita circuler saw with a size 3 box thinking the saw would fit inside. The box was for a drill and two batterie's. To fit the saw in you need to remove the blade and raise the guard. Very disappointed.”

“Ordered a Makita Electric drill and Electric Impact driver. They arrived very quickly and well-packaged and in perfect condition. Unfortunately, when I tried to fit the battery to the drill I discovered that the track for it was bent and so could not seat it. I emailed Buy a Parcel and they arranged a replacement immediately which arrived on the day we agreed and was perfect. This was excellent service and I would 100% recommend this company.”

“Not the product they show on their website, not the product they appear to supply to B&Q either as the photos are of a totally different shower cartridge. They seem to be selling this same incorrectly specified item all over the place. Then they send a return code for DHL and none of the places listed as DHL drop off points seem to accept DHL packages. I’ll keep you posted as to whether I ever manage to return it. No very satisfied.”

“I tell you what I needed my dewalt tek screwdriver ASAP for a job I was doing. I ordered and opted for next working day delivery at a slight extra charge. The DHL the delivery was exactly at the time promised The price was cheapest I could find. I was using the tool at work 22hours later. Excellent”
