“I would like to review the item we have paid for , but if you check the tracking details , you will see that we are still waiting for the item to be delivered ! I appreciate that deliveries may be delayed due to Coronavirus , but according to the tracking it was at the local Sheffield depot on 21st April , in line with the expected delivery date of 24/25th April , but seems to have gone AWOL ever since . At this rate , by the time the grow house greenhouse is delivered , it will no longer be required , as it will be warm enough for the plants to go in the garden . Fed up & exasperated .”

“Ordered 5 x 25 KG bags of salt via EBAY only 4 were delivered, been back in touch and I was told it was DHL's fault despite DHL telling me there were only 4 items on their manifest. Buy a Parcel say they will send another bag but nothing has arrived so far.”

“Extremely disappointed with buy a parcel and their customer service, or lack of. Communication is appalling. nobody will respond to my emails. A pandemic doesn't stop someone from using a key board. Bought an item, its faulty, I want it replaced. No one cares. Defiantly will not be”

“Item failed to arrive by due date. When I queried this I was told you were "unable to complete" my order due to a "stock discrepancy" and would be giving me a refund. You should have told me this BEFORE the item became overdue and WITHOUT obliging me to open a case on eBay. Not impressive.”

“I used the strimmer line last Saturday for the first time last Saturday, and one of the metal fixings where the blue cord comes out, came adrift and disappeared. Hopeless. I require a refund please and a return no postage label. Thank you”

“Having purchased a 110v by accident I reordered the 240v They kindly offered to collect the 110v tool. But that was over a week ago and it is still here and not therefore not refunded! Due to COVID I can’t talk to anyone so rather frustrating.”

“Don't be deceived. Item delivered was not as described. Description says Saw + Case + blade which means that there should be a spare blade in addition to the one fitted to the saw, there isn't. All other saws they sell come with a blade attached (as this one does) and none of them list + blade in the description. This saw has just one blade (fitted) and no extra blade. Buy a Parcel basically just shrug their shoulders.”

“Sorry I can't give a good review this time as the shower came without blanking plates top and bottom and on reporting this, was told that these were not supplied with the shower. I have now returned the shower and have ordered another one from a different supplier”

“Hi, I have order to items Dewalt D25033 and 17 pieces SDS plus drill bit set. I received drill on time but has not received my 17 pieces set until now as order was placed on 05th APR 2020. Very Disappointment.”
