“Excellent fast service, I was very impressed. Unfortunately we had an issue with the item ( Damaged within the manufacturing process, not by delivery) and an immediate swap was arranged, no quibble and nothing for me to organise. All done, very satisfied and would use again.”

“Where to start? Makita UK are advertising Free tool/Batteries with selected purchases. Great, I researched the qualifying products on the Makita website and the hunted for the best prices, I'm sure we all do our research on this. Buyaparcel came in with the best price and having used them for both personal and business purposes before was happy to purchase. Bear in mind that you have to purchase the correct Makita coded product to get free stuff. Buyaparcel advertised the exact coded product, I bought it, paid for it and it duly arrived. I ordered a PT2 coded chainsaw, clearly advertised on Buyaparcel website. What was delivered was a Z coded, bare tool chainsaw and added into the box were 2 batteries and a single charger unit. In effect I almost got a PT2 kit, the genuine PT2 having a twin charger, made up by Buyaparcel. This of course nullifies my claim for free kit from Makita. Goods not supplied as described? False advertising? Apparently not. They claim that "made up" kits are normal practice in the power tool business. In addition, because they don't show a link on their website to the Makita offer that let's them get away with selling goods which are clearly not as described. PT2 KIT is still clearly advertised on the website, with no information to allow customers to see that this is a "Buyaparcel made up kit" and NOT a genuine Makita PT2. Had to organise and pay for return as they couldn't arrange collection and still not been refunded. My advice would be to look elsewhere.”

“Bad experience with them i will not recommend to anyone they advet a drill with 63 pounds battery +charger and they send me just the drill i will not buy anything from them they costumer service is bad they answer after 5 days and they blame B&Q for the error”

“Best deal online at the time. Delivered exactly on time and we’ll packed. Very easy to deal with. Oh and, by the way, if you’ve never had a multi tool before, get one! How did I live without it??? My Makita multi tool, circular saw, and planer all use the same battery. Which is brilliant!”

“Terrible service! Will not be using this company again. Needed these boots next day never turned up at all had to go through paypal to get a refund never had any communication what so ever if I could give you 0 I would! There was no customer service”

HI Nichola, Sorry your experience wasn't a good one for you. We can explain most of this issue. Despite you paying for next day delivery, it seems our team made an error and shipped this on the slower free service. We can see this turned up a couple of days later than you would have expected and then the delivery was refused. We can't say they never turned up but it does appear due to the delivery being late you rejected this shipment, which is understandable. Apologies our team made this error with the shipping service. From there we don't seem to have any record of contact from yourself such as emails to let us know about this issue. There is no record at all that you contacted us. This would explain why you didn't get any communication from us. Your paypal case was then opened and approved for a refund. We hope this refund goes some way to making amends for this issue. “The Dewalt leaf blower arrived with a faulty spring loaded catch which should have locked the blower nozzle in place. A replacement was quickly sent out but arrived with the same fault an incorrectly assembled catch. I eventually spoke with a female member of the team who unlike the second chap listened to what I was saying understood the problem and had one assembled in the warehouse to prove it worked. The lady kept it by her desk and ensured that it was sent to me. Happy days it worked as designed.”
