I Paid extra for my parcel to be delivered on the Saturday it did not come until the monday i lost work time and money because of this . When asking Buy a Parcel what they would do to compensate this they told me to take it up with the delivery company. ( in a word not there problem) so not happy with the servis.
I know these are difficult times we are all in but if a servis can't be fulfilled that you pay for then it should not be offered and if something goes wrong it should be made wright .
