I ordered the flowers for Mothers Day, they were delivered but not left (there was a porch to leave parcels) it was then redelivered on the following Thursday, by that time the flowers were dead. I wrote two emails to customer service but had no reply to either of them. So I will not be using this company again.

Flowers delivered 3 days early for Mothers Day! Company doesn't respond at all to complaints. Wont be using again.

Very disappointed. The orchid arrived half dead. I have contacted the company twice asking for a refund and have heard nothing back. A very bad service. Jacqueline Hickey

I will never use Blossoming Gifts again. I ordered flowers for Mothers Day, they arrived broken, looking horrible and not Fresh. Tried to call the company every day, but nobody answers the phone, e-Mailed them few times, and did not get a reply. PLEASE, can someone finally contact me!!!

Firstly flowers were poor quality and no balloon as I had ordered and paid for. I contacted the customer service team the day after when I saw a photo. No response.. I wrote again a week later and I'm still waiting!

I ordered a large bouquet for my Mum for Mothers Day well in advance on February 19th, order 700018692 & paid an extra £5 for the larger one. The bouquet didn't arrive for Mother's Day as requested, but arrived a day late on the Monday 7th March. My Mum had been at home on the Saturday when the card was dropped through the letter box by Royal Mail, she's not deaf and said no one knocked on the door or rang the bell. Very disappointing as they had been ordered so much earlier. Also the flowers looked tired & old. I contacted Blossoming gifts Customer Support via email on the 6th March asking what had happened to the order as it had not been delivered, I received the automated reply below at 09.28pm: Thank you for contacting Blossoming gifts Customer Service. We've received your email and will get back to you as soon as possible. For a quicker response, please give us a call on 0844 995 0373 , our opening hours are displayed below. Please note that you may be able to find your answer on our web site. You can check by clicking this link to visit our Customer Service page. We will get back to you soon! Best regards, Blossoming Gifts Customer Service Monday to Friday 9am-5pm TO DATE NO CONTACT FROM BLOSSOMING GIFTS.

On the 5th March we logged a complaint, received an automated reply telling us it had been logged and they would get back to us. Now 16th March Still no contact. very poor customer relations.

Bouquet of flowers were very small. Flowers practically dead on arrival, lasted a few days. Was not worth money would not order from them again, could get better bouquet at local supermarket.

Shocking flowers not what I thought I had ordered. Very misleading website. I wanted a Bouquet of carnations and insted I got 3 and a bit of green leaves. Will never buy from this company again. I've even made a complaint and no one has got back to me. Poor service, poor quality totally misleading!!!

I ordered mothers day gifts flowers and a hamper...I was guaranteed a delivery date Friday 4 march which is why I got them as the weekend I'd booked dinner for Mother's Day...Friday the hamper never turned up ...phoned and was told I could not have a refund unless 2 days had past...had to stay in Saturday and mothers day waiting for hamper that never arrived....until Monday the day after Mother's Day I usually use another company and have in years never had issues and certainly never had a special gift being delivered after the date it should have arrived missing the event entirely ...it completely ruined Mother's Day and yet cost me 73.00 for the privilege of cancelling weekend plans and sitting in for nothing Will never use this company again! I received an e-mail from the company telling me that the flowers had been dispatched. They didn't actually arrive until the 9th after I sent an e-mail to complain. When they did arrive the flowers were wilted and in fact died the next day. I have sent at least 5 e-mails-no response whatsoever. I phoned the 'customer service line' several times-nobody picks ups. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! SHAMEFUL SERVICE!

Flowers were of not good quality, I paid for a larger bouquet which was not as large as I thought I paid for, free chocolates were supposed to come with the flowers as a mothers day offer...no chocolates were included. All in all a bad experience and will not be using again. Marc

Appalling. Their system overrode my selected delivery date for a Mother's Day bouquet. Within 2 minutes of placing the order and noticing the mistake I sent them messages (through two different routes) asking them to correct the order date TEN DAYS LATER (8 days after the order had been delivered on the wrong date) I receive the first and only response: "Unfortunately we are not able to fulfill your request to cancel your purchase on this occasion. Please note that we require 48 hours’ notice prior to delivery for any cancellation as detailed in our Terms & Conditions and unfortunately, your request falls outside of these timescales. " No apology, no refund. Avoid

Worst company I have ever used, flowers arrived half dead the other half broken with the heads off of the stems, have tried to call to complain several times and after waiting for over 30 minutes to get through at 7p per minute gave up sent several emails and no reply! Very poor strategy clear

The only thing worse than the flowers that were delivered is the poor customer service. Still waiting for a response, more than a week on. Flowers were wilted and damaged on arrival. Not the Mothers Day Gift we had intended it to be. We were so embarrassed by the poor state we had to go buy another gift.

Did not get what I paid for. Still waiting for a refund. Ordered a dozen red roses, plus chocolates and balloon for Valentine's Day. Delivery by DPD was paid for - £11 extra. Myhermes "attempted" delivery on Valentine's Day when my wife and I were in the house. So my wife eventually received them on 15th Feb. Received 11 RED ROSES, the chocolates, and NO BALLOON. So a day late and a dollar short as they say. Asked for a refund, was offered that or another bouquet. But 1 week later and the refund has still not materialised. I would avoid ordering from this company.

Very disappointed, the balloon and the Guylan chocolates didn't arrive. There is no excuse, as the apartments I live at have a concierge service.

Will not be back. Appalling service, no replies to emails. Paid for large got a small bouquet, emailed to explain wrong item delivered and had no response in over 10 days. Sent reminder emails, nothing still. To top that all off the roses died after only 3 days, the rest lasted only 6 days. These were supposed to be special for my wife on our anniversary and they were anything but. Appalled
