“The flowers were ordered for my mother in law so I didn't see them in person. She was delighted with them. Ordering was simple and communication from the conpany was good throughout. The flowers were delivered promptly and in good condition.”

“They were for my sister who had been in hospital and she was delighted with them. Says they were her favourites and were very strong. I have to say they looked exactly like the photo on the Webb page.”

“Although the plant was well packaged it didn't travel well and was a bit wilted when it arrived. As this was for my mum who has mobility issues I asked that whoever was delivering to make sure they waited for her to come to the door. They didn't even go up the steps and she had to phone a neighbour and ask her to bring it up for her. Yodel shocking service, the driver claimed he left it in the porch, no he didn't.”

“A replacement was sent promptly at my request after the original order appeared to have been lost so all resolved in the end and the company have credited my account as an apology for the original disappointment so all ok .”

“Beautiful flowers, sent as a get well gift to a friend. I have only seen photos, the lillies seem to have opened quite quickly,but that could be because of house temperature. Unfortunately the box they arrived in was damaged.”

“Took a while to get order placed - a lot of back and forward with customer service, who did respond quickly each time which was positive. The list of postcodes which they don't deliver to isn't up-to-dates - they can't deliver to NI. Thar said, once order was placed they delivered quickly and I understand the receipant was very pleased with the quality.”

“Flowers were nice but yodel delivery was poor. Left at side of the house. We were in but they did not knock the door. This issue has now been addressed and I am happy with the outcome”
