“Flowers were nice but yodel delivery was poor. Left at side of the house. We were in but they did not knock the door. This issue has now been addressed and I am happy with the outcome”

“I purchased the Elegance Letterbox for a birthday gift. Unfortunately the box was slightly damaged by Yodel but the flowers inside were all in tact and opened up on the next day. Arrived on the date it was due, so that was good. I would have given more stars but I felt there could have been a bit more flowers or greenery in the bunch, as I thought it was expensive for £25. I guess Yodel would have taken a chunk of that for the delivery. Flowers picture attached is from 1 week later, which is good. I will consider them in the future, but I may try another company first.”

“The bouquet sent was amazing & far exceeded the image shown. Ordered January flowers but beautiful roses plus others were sent so no complaints there as there were so many. Sadly the all important personal message card wasn’t included so the recipient had to ask around her friends then contact you to ascertain who sent them!”
