I ordered a large bouquet for my Mum for Mothers Day well in advance on February 19th, order 700018692 & paid an extra £5 for the larger one. The bouquet didn't arrive for Mother's Day as requested, but arrived a day late on the Monday 7th March.
My Mum had been at home on the Saturday when the card was dropped through the letter box by Royal Mail, she's not deaf and said no one knocked on the door or rang the bell. Very disappointing as they had been ordered so much earlier. Also the flowers looked tired & old.
I contacted Blossoming gifts Customer Support via email on the 6th March asking what had happened to the order as it had not been delivered, I received the automated reply below at 09.28pm:
