“I ordered the hyacinth and tulip bouquet for Mother’s Day, hoping for a lovely surprise for my mom. Had the message it had been delivered and waited for the usual happy phone call telling me how nice they were. No call came, and when I called her to ask if she liked them she said she hadn’t called because she didn’t want to tell me that looked terrible. The flowers were wilted and floppy with no water in the packaging. I contacted the company and there first message back was care instructions instead or an apology, second message back and forth was an offer of credit on their account to get more flowers. Didn’t want this as wasn’t happy and had already got my mother a different gift. Eventually they agreed to refund me, but when it arrived in my account it was only half the amount I paid for the flowers. Have emailed again and I’m still awaiting a response. Disappointing as other reviews were good. Perhaps they can’t cope with high volumes of orders.”

“Although the plant was well packaged it didn't travel well and was a bit wilted when it arrived. As this was for my mum who has mobility issues I asked that whoever was delivering to make sure they waited for her to come to the door. They didn't even go up the steps and she had to phone a neighbour and ask her to bring it up for her. Yodel shocking service, the driver claimed he left it in the porch, no he didn't.”
