“Flowers were ordered as a surprise gift. Tracking and updates were very helpful as was the confirmation that they had been received. The flowers were well packed and protected and in good condition. Once arranged in the vase, they looked gorgeous and very festive. The whole process from ordering to delivery and enjoyment was quick, simple and straightforward. I would definitely order again! “The flowers are beautiful, just a shame Yodel delivered them a day late and didn't ring the doorbell or knock on the door as a consequence they were left out in the pouring rain overnight and the box disintegrated but fortunately the flowers were fine.”

“The product was amazing unfortunately the flowers were dumped outside my mother’s apartment complex and not seen by a Neighbour until the day after her birthday who carried them to her door. Extremely poor service. Very upset.”
