I received an e-mail from the company telling me that the flowers had been dispatched. They didn't actually arrive until the 9th after I sent an e-mail to complain. When they did arrive the flowers were wilted and in fact died the next day. I have sent at least 5 e-mails-no response whatsoever. I phoned the 'customer service line' several times-nobody picks ups.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! SHAMEFUL SERVICE!
