I ordered mothers day gifts flowers and a hamper...I was guaranteed a delivery date Friday 4 march which is why I got them as the weekend I'd booked dinner for Mother's Day...Friday the hamper never turned up ...phoned and was told I could not have a refund unless 2 days had past...had to stay in Saturday and mothers day waiting for hamper that never arrived....until Monday the day after Mother's Day I usually use another company and have in years never had issues and certainly never had a special gift being delivered after the date it should have arrived missing the event entirely ...it completely ruined Mother's Day and yet cost me 73.00 for the privilege of cancelling weekend plans and sitting in for nothing Will never use this company again!
