The flowers were ordered to be delivered the Saturday before Mother’s Day. They did not arrive until the afternoon of Mother’s Day, meaning we were already out and my daughters had no flowers to give their mum. Totally defeated the purpose of the order. The flowers themselves are fine but underwhelming for the high price. This is now 6 days later and they’re pretty much done.

First timer using Blossoming gifts (BG) to order Roses for Valentine. The ordering process was good but apart from that, it was a disappointing service. Yodel the delivery contractor delivered the parcel behind the bin at the wrong address. Failed to investigate and BG also failed to take ownership once this was reported. Although after 4/5 days, given a credit but as you can guess, I am defintinitely not coming back. Yodel has apologised for the driver's error and I requested for a refund from BG a week ago and still waiting without a response.

The flowers I ordered were not delivered and I haven't been given a refund.

Flowers are great quality however customer service is very very slow especially you have an urgent request. Not recommend due to lack of support.

I am afraid my experience, using them for the first time is poor. I paid for the flowers and chocolate Mother’s Day Package and whisky the flowers turned up, the chocolates didn’t. I raised it with them and they have advised they have reimbursed me for the chocolates and postage. I still have no clue as to how much either was as it was a package, I have tried to ask but had no response. Surely they would send the chocolates out too, that’s what I wanted? Also interesting to note that, when invited to give feedback, if I answered no, it goes straight to an email us page, if I put yes, it goes straight to the review page.... If you want, genuine and honest feedback, don’t divert, accept it and learn from it

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR. Order went through twice as there was some fault with their web and didn't get first order confirmed. No phone number to call. Tried emailing to get one cancelled. They delivered 2 bunch next day and wasn't wanting to hear my side. All they said was it was delivered. I placed the order so I get next day delivery but their page doesn't have any way of contacting anyone if things go wrong. NEVER PLACING ANY ORDER THERE EVER AGAIN

The flowers were not delivered to the correct address and no card or information was left.The bottle,of Proseccco I ordered was not with the flowers when the recipient eventually found the flowers a day later .

This was the first time I’d used Blossoming Gifts to send my friend flowers for her birthday. I was charged £40 for a large bunch of a variety of flowers but the bunch she received was just 8 lily stems. Very disappointed!

Poor quality and small bunch for the cost, not worth the cost even considering a 40% discount these aren’t good value.

Very disappointed. The pictures are very misleading on size. When the bouquet arrived I was gobsmacked how small it was, considering the size of the box was totally oversized. I could have got a better deal from my local garage or supermarket.

Delivery service was absolutely shocking my package was chucked over the back garden fence and signature forged by the driver ! The roses I ordered where lovely but I won't be using this service again due to the diabolical delivery services

Hi we are really disappointed with the out come of the Lillys i got from your selfs. More than half of them never opened. And the ones that did open lost the petals after 2 days These was got for our first anniversary and was the worst flowers i have ever brought with thanks Rob

The flowers looked different to what I ordered, and they did not open at all. They were get well soon flowers, and my firstbitder with Blossoming. I have complained on-line and still have not heard anything back.

I have never seen such bad flowers in my life! These were for my mothers golden wedding anniversary, I would never except them to die within 3 days for having them £50 too ! I've had better flowers from the supermarket ????

Flowers ordered for a teacher to be delivered to school on a Friday. Message from delivery company on the Saturday morning stating that they had been unable to deliver - how many schools are open on a Saturday? Contacted delivery company via link they supplied to change delivery address to my home address - that wasn't possible. Tried to reschedule delivery for the Monday - not possible either earliest redelivery was Tuesday - reluctantly rescheduled for then with the thought that the flowers would be well past their best by then! I contacted yourselves via Facebook page stating my unhappiness with the whole thing - I received a reply on the Monday via. email stating how very sorry you were and a fresh bouquet of flowers would be sent. I replied immediately saying that would be acceptable and delivery that week Tuesday-Thursday would be suitable. I wrote to the teacher stating what had happened and apologized for the less than perfect flowers and told her a new bouquet would be delivered. I have never had a reply to the email I sent back to yourselves or any confirmation that the flowers were indeed resent. I feel totally let down by Blossominggifts and would probably not recommend them or use their services again.

1st time I used your website, requested the flowers and wine 2 DAYS BEFORE the date I required delivery, it was for a 21st BIRTHDAY of which we all know, you only have once in a lifetime and guess what - it did not get delivered on time. Was offered a £40 credit towards my next order !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Could not get my 1st order correct, do you really think I would use them again.
