The flowers which I ordered didn't come on the day that I had submitted for delivery two weeks prior to the event. When I asked for the where about of the flowers I was told that I should have paid more to have a delivery service that could ensure the flowers on that day not Royal Mail. I think it's unfair that you let the customer pick a date when they wont arrive on that date.

Delivery was on time but the flowers were all wilting when the box was opened and they died a day later. Very disappointing, and embarrassing on Valentines Day.

Ordered flowers for 13th February but didn't turn up until 15th February. When they eventually turned up late they were of very high quality.

Hi John, I'm so sorry to hear that the flowers arrived late! We send most blooms via Royal Mail and while typically very good about next day deliveries, occasionally they can take two days. In any case, we only choose flowers that will look great even if kept in the box for a couple of days.

Service and delivery were excellent but half of the roses failed to open and sagged despite following the instructions.

Flowers were due to come on Friday but didn't arrive until Saturday. When they did arrive on Saturday the postman had failed to post the flowers through my letterbox and therefore I had to go to the post office the next day (Valentine's Day) to collect them, by which point the flowers looked sad and had wilted.

Flowers arrived next day and looked in good condition, however they never opened and died closed. They were fed and watered correctly.

I ordered the flowers to be delivered to our hotel as part of a valentines weekend. The flowers were not delivered as 'nobody to accept' yet there is a 24hr reception ! The surprise gift was not there! However, I must say the service recovery was excellent and I got a full refund and some flowers too !! My belief is the delivery company let down a very caring and conscientious company !

When ordering, it may have been quick to do but was not given an option of writing a message to go with the flowers. Perhaps it was that quick I missed it???? Flowers also arrived 4 days late.

The flowers were lovely and well worth the money but they arrived a day late, missed the Birthday. Very disappointed and will go elsewhere.

Great assistance and extremely well packaged but none of the 12 roses ever opened. They went from red to black in little over 24 hours.

The flowers were delivered swiftly, but unfortunately the roses either fossilised in bud or drooped very quickly after arrival. The Austrumaria are still flowering a week after arrival and are pretty.

Unfortunately my daughter did not get her flowers on her birthday. Her friend had sent her a recorded delivery parcel and although the box was clearly flowers on Valentines day the postman tpostal service took both away

I cannot fault the flowers a nice bouquet for the price but they arrived a day late for an anniversary! I ordered them weeks in advance so didn't expect them to be late. If you are going to use Royal Mail to deliver your flowers this is a risk as flowers must be delivered on time (in the most part). It's all well and good offering a special delivery option at a higher price but if you cannot guarantee they will deliver on a specified date, you shouldn't give that option.

I ordered these for Valentines day. They didn't arrive because I wasn't in, I ordered them thinking they would be delivered if I wasn't in. They weren't. I signed for them the following day but at that point they'd been sitting with courier for an extra 24 hours and didn't look great.

Full gift message wasn't printed on the card so it wasn't known who it was from. The delivery was forced through the letterbox without care to follow instructions to only face it one way up which may have contributed to why some heads were broken from the stems. The flowers wilted after a few days and didn't last long so not value for money.

1st order was flowers and biscuits and got lost, so 2nd lot was sent out the next week and only flowers turned up. Not sure if I would order again ?

I was lead to believe the flowers i ordered where meant to go through the letter box that is the reason i ordered them, but they were not and therefore left at the post office to which the recipient did not receive them. and i was when they went to pick them up they had gone. I am extremely disappointed and upset because you stipulate they will fit through the letter box. yours very unhappy Darren oswin

Disappointing, chose Bloom & Wild specifically because flowers can be delivered 'through the letterbox' , which they weren't and were taken back to the post office. Recipient unable to collect them until after the weekend by which time they were past their best. She did receive another box from Bloom and Wild sent by someone else which was delivered through the letterbox so not sure if there are two different sized boxes if so wasn't made clear on the website.
