When received four of the flowers were dead and had to be thrown away, which therefore left them being a very very small bunch of flowers :(

I'm so sorry to hear that some of the flowers had to be thrown out! We do make every effort to send the freshest blooms and package them so they arrive in a good condition. To apologise, I've gone ahead and refunded you 30% of your order cost back to your card.

Flowers came 3 days late, limp and half dead when they did arrive, did perk up a little when out in water but didn't last many days at all. Really disappointing I'm afraid

I'm sure the flowers would have been much better had they been posted through the letter box!!! This was the whole reason I brought them as I knew the person i was buying for would not be home. So by the time they got picked up from the post office they were dead!!!!

Was great at first, but service has really slipped. after 9 bunches the quality started to cheapen and will no longer shop there

Flowers arrived days late... When they did eventually come, they were very bashed and black around the edges. Also couldn't fit in my letterbox - which contradicts the "mailbox flower" idea

I purchased flowers from you as you advertise delivery through the letterbox and knowing that my friend would not be home until early evening it seemed a perfect solution. Sadly this did not happen the delivery driver left a card and took the flowers back to the depot. Unfortunately my friend then had to collect them the following evening which was not terribly convenient. So unless the drivers know that they should be putting them through the letterbox I will not be the only person complaining.

Despite ordering the flowers (an orchid plant) several months in advance, they arrived 2 days after my Mother's birthday meaning that I essentially sent her nothing for her birthday, not even a card as I had expected her to have received the note alongside the flowers. In the meantime I had to ring to see what had happened and arrange re delivery. At least the service on the phone was good. Another Orchid plant was sent out and in the end both arrived the same day, 2 days after her birthday. One of the orchids, however, was in such poor condition with only a few leaves and barely any flowers or buds that I was glad she had received 2 orchids in the end. I wouldn't order from Blood and Wild again!

The flowers were for my daughter and when she did get them the tips if the rises were dry. She was quite disappointed with them and so was i.

I've been wanting to try Bloom & Wild for a while now as it seemed like a great idea and much more contemporary than interflora that feels rather tired and outdated now. So I tried it out last week to send some thank you flowers to my mum. I chose the flowers I wanted and selected the delivery date so that she would receive the flowers at work. However, the flowers didn't turn up. I rang Bloom & Wild the next day to find out what happened and was informed that because the delivery option was first class the flowers can sometimes take another day to arrive, this wouldn't have been an issue, but my mum only works part time and would not be at the office until the following Monday. The person I spoke to on the phone was most helpful and apologetic and offered to send another bunch of flowers at no extra cost to my mums work. However, the flowers didn't turn up again, this seemed strange as the person who arranged this additional bunch said she would mark them for recorded delivery. In the end my mum picked up the original bunch of flowers that had been sent first class, but they were a little wilted by the time she got back to work. The second bunch of flowers never turned up at all. I think Bloom & Wild is a good idea, but the postal service needs to be sorted out. I think when you're purchasing the flowers and select first class you should be warned that the flowers may not arrive on your chosen delivery date. Also is there a way of enclosing the bottom of the stems of the flowers in a small amount of water? This would then help keep the flowers fresh if there is an issue with the flowers arriving. The flowers were due to be delivered on 17th December but did not arrive until 19th December! Probably delayed in the Christmas post but still disappointing!

I ordered flowers for my granddaughters birthday but the flowers arrived a day late I wish I had bought the flowers from a local florist and delivered them myself ,probably cheaper but on time

I was really disappointed with the Christmas tree. The pot, no matter how I shaped it would not stand straight. The tree looked rather sad.

I ordered for my grandmother on the Wednesday. The flowers did not arrive until the Friday. I was then offered free flowers to a different address. They also went to my grandmother, so she had two bunches of flowers. I therefore doubt I will be ordering from you again as you failed in both deliveries

First lot of flowers arrived a day late and were dead. Spoke with someone who apologised and the flowers were re-sent. They arrived on time and alive. This was my first order from this company but would never use them again. They were surprise flowers for a friend which ended up being a disappointment
