I received flowers myself with a discount code offering 25% off my first order using your app. I only got 15% off so phoned to highlight this and was told I'd get the difference refunded. It hasn't been. Poor customer service. Flowers I ordered were lovely and arrived on time.

Well, my wife hasn't received the flowers yet, delivery date Fri Sept 15 and now it's Mon Sept 18?

I'm giving a two because I want to underline how beautiful the flower selections are, the website is easy to use and the brand design is top notch. However i'm dismayed by the condition the flowers arrive in - I had two bouquets delivered from friends and family for my birthday and they were both droopy, then the same happened when I ordered one for my mum. And instead of issuing a refund straight away or offering to resend the same bouquet, the company sent a much cheaper bunch to replace the one my mum has received, and offered that as an alternative they could give me a 25% discount to order her a better, larger bunch. I had already spent £30 on her bouquet and was pretty mad that instead of thoroughly apologising for sending a faulty product and issuing a proper match for match, they were trying to make me spend even more money! Ridiculous and now both myself and my mum aren't going to be using the company again. It's a real shame but you can't send a product in a lesser state than promised and not either replace it completely or refund the money - it was a half hearted response and made me regret using them.

The flower when delivered were good but even though they were watered and fed properly they didn't last more than two days. I've bought quite a few flowers from Bloomin Wild and theses were by far the worst and not up to your normal standard.

I have been away and have just spoken to my friend who received the flowers on Friday. I asked her what the flowers were like as this was the first time I had used your company. My daugher recommented you as she had some beautiful flowers delivered recently.. I have recieved a photo of the flowers now which had 6 roses stocks and Lisiathums. While the flowers looked pretty they did not look worth the money. Two stems of the white daisy sprays were wilted and did revive. Sorry to be negative but very disappointed overall.

This was bought for my mom's birthday, I ordered early so it would arrive on the day, unfortunately royalmail failed to gain access to a building they post to every day no card was left to say they had attempted delivery, my mother finally recieved her flowers the day after very worse for wear, would not recommend this service the flowers didn't look like they were worth £36 I've tried to upload a photo but it won't let me

Whilst the flowers were beautiful and the wire mesh protection of the roses was a lovely touch, the delivery arrived a day early and didn't contain the note that was provided with them. It was for a thank you to be delivered at a surprise party, which fell flat when received a day early and the receiver was baffled as to who sent them. Their husband was rather concerned too by the anonymous flowers until the next day at the party it became clear.

Easy to use website - prompt and timely delivery - however flowers not posted through letterbox and left behind my back gate, meaning the cardboard packaging got soaking wet from the rain - some of the flowers inside ruined - some of flowers were not in great condition (some peeked up after 24 hours in vase) - all in all a slightly disappointing experience especially as flowers were for a special occasion. Sorry I can't be more positive!

Flowers arrived in a box, not in great condition, my partner was upset as she said 'it looks like I've had them for months', the flowers looked like they had be deprived from water. would not recommend or use again.

Initial order for a birthday bouquet did not arrive for my friend. I spoke to Ebony (your customer service) on 25/7. She said order had not been completed . She took a new order and it was safely delivered and emails sent to inform me. However, she also said that, as I had joined your mailing list since the first order, she would refund an extra 10% on that order. This has not yet arrived.

I cannot make an informed view on the flowers as they were taken to a DPO and card left. For this reason I rate a 2.5 as although delivered as planned I do not think they should be taken to a dpo I think they should go back to yourselves. I was unaware intended recipient was going away that day for the weekend!!! So she is due to collect today. I only hope they are still alive ????

I was starting with the first star and intending to go all the way to 5- that's how it works when rating Amazon books! I have been sent Bloom and Wild flowers and was amazed just how long they lasted. Didn't look brilliant when they arrived but they soon revived themselves. Can't comment on the ones I sent- they were for parents of a very poorly child and so I'm not expecting to hear for a while. Good luck with your venture.

I truly appreciate the concept of Bloom and Wild but I was a bit underwhelmed when the flowers arrived as they looked quite sparse. I understand that there are different sized bouquets and that they arrive with the full blooming potential not yet met, however, for the price and reputation that Bloom and Wild holds, I expected more.

The flowers are really beautiful and it's great that they go through the letterbox but they were delivered three days after the order date so they really shouldn't be advertising as next day delivery
