I did email to say the flowers was not to a very good standard and after a few days they was slowly wilting over the side of the vase- I did offer to send pictures but no one replied, which I thought was a bit rude.

It arrived 3 days later than it should have, perhaps due to Xmas post. Otherwise it was excellent.

Speed of delivery was excellent. The appearance of the flowers was also excellent. My biggest criticism that will likely prevent me from using again in the future was the length of time the flowers lasted after unpacking. It seemed that they were dying after only a couple of days. Shop bought flowers last far longer - in fact Aldi bought flowers were still going strong a week after the bloom and wild ones went in the bin. We've sent these flowers to numerous clients in the past and we now seem quite embarrassed that what we have sent will seem cheep.

I am disappointed with the service. The chocolates I ordered didn't arrive until 2 weeks after the flowers. So my grandma didn't receive them before her operation. Sadly disappointed.

Whilst the ordering was easy, the flowers were delivered a day later than booked due to Royal Mail. Meaning my mother did not receive her flowers on her 74th Birthday, also because the flowers had been in transit for 2 days although the flower heads were packaged beautifully the bouquet was in desperate need of water. When I telephoned to advise of my disappointment I was offered a further bouquet to be sent without cost, this was sent on the Friday and did not arrive until the Monday and was in an even worse condition - at that point I gave up! Nice selection of flowers, good prices but let down spectacularly by the delivery system used.

Flowers were stuck in post office and were so not at their best when collected, very disappointing and so I will not be using Bloom and Wild again for this reason.

I have purchased with Bloom & Wild before and have had great service, however when i ordered this product, it arrived late and also had a big sticker on the front stating what was inside which really ruined the surprise

My husband sent me some of your flowers last week ,and they haven't lasted,one was dead when it arrived,in fact my son in law bought me some from morrisons and they were much better. I sent my mom some in November and they are still beautiful. This is the first time I have experienced poor flowers from yourself,I didn't want to complain as my husband sent them me because I have been poorly

I only bought as flowers were able to be posted through the letterbox. Appears they were not delivered and the recipient couldn't collect until three days after original delivery and pretty much received almost dead flowers.

Sadly - the Christmas tree - my 85 year old mum in law spent 10 minutes telling me how rubbish it was and a waste of my money - I had expected some complaint but not as aggressive. She said it took her and her friend 3 hours to get it together ? I would like to say she is a bright lady but this clearly didn't hit the spot I meant it to. I am giving your flowers for 3 months - hoping these are more successful - I'm Sure they will be.

Usually brilliant but flowers not delivered by post Emails not responded to very well Flowers when delivered were fantastic but 4days late

I was pretty unhappy with the Bloom & Wild service. I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday and they hadn't arrived by 5.30pm that day. I called Bloom and Wild who said they didn't know when it would arrive but unlikely to arrive that day so agreed to refund me the money. In my opinion, they should have offered to refund me AND send a new bunch of flowers because instead of getting what I ordered (my mum receiving fresh flowers on her birthday), she received wilted flowers one day late. Not impressed - wouldn't want to use this service again.

I have had a few flowers from Bloom & Wild and they have been great up until now. I saw a pic of the flowers sent to my sister from last order (the Sienna range) and it was very sparse....very obviously so. She confirmed that it was a thin bunch of flowers sent to her. Disappointed this time.

Ordered 'The Sofia' bouquet for My Mum's Birthday. They arrived on time (on her Birthday) however, I wouldn't order again. Some of the purple flowers haven't came out, and appear to be dead. Disappointed customer

I was extremely disappointed with the flowers that were delivered to my fiancée. I was expecting them to be of a high quality (after all, if you're giving £15 off somebody's first order you're expecting them to come back for more), but several of the flowers were already droopy and looked wilted when they arrived. I definitely wouldn't order from here again.

Having placed a successful order some months ago, my last two experiences of this company have been very disappointing. Some flowers were sent to me by a friend in September for my birthday, they weren't delivered on time and by the time they were delivered a few days later, some of the flowers had died. I have just sent a friend some flowers for her birthday, and again, they weren't delivered on the due date as the box apparently would not go through the letter box and by the time they were collected from the sorting office on the next working day some had been damaged. Surely the whole point is that the flowers will go through a letter box? I am not sure whether I would use Bloom & Wild again and I doubt that I would recommend them any more.
