The flowers didn't arrived on time... and I requested compensation... another floral arrangement was offered.. I accepted.. but this also arrived late... very disappointed.. your flowers are lovely.. but they really need to arrive on time..

Delivery arrived as planned however the quality of the flowers were not great - roses were browning on the edges.

I have ordered several times before from you and always been highly delighted with my flowers, as have the many recipients too. However, on this occasion the postman did not deliver the box through the letterbox as usually is the case with any of my previous orders. The said it didn't fit through??? They left a card through the door and my daughter had to collect them from the local post office. Now this is where the problem occurred...on the Friday, day of delivery, she was on her journey travelling to Devon and was not aware of the delivery.of the the flowers until the following Monday evening, when she returned home. It is very disappointing that they did not arrive as hoped, as they were a surprise thank you from me her mum.

A) Delivered to the wrong house; B) didn't inform the recipient that it had been delivered to the wrong house) C) the flowers were with a neighbour who had opened them thinking they were for her; D) the flowers were returned squashed back into the box; E) the amount of flowers seemed low. Overall, very disappointing. Especially because the service on the first occasion was very good.

To be honest I wasn't impressed and was glad I didn't pay full price for the flowers . I ordered for my mother in law, I guess her letterbox must be smaller than average because the box wouldn't fit through. She said there were mostly 'filler' bit in the mix and not as fresh as she was expecting. She had the Isla which I notice is not on the site any more, so wonder if different flowers were used.

I had previously received a bouquet from you as a present , it was beautiful and ordered one for myself as a treat as it was on offer - peonies and roses. I'm sorry to say I was disappointed . Only 2 of the 6 peonies opened , the others remained unopened and dried. The roses outer petals went brown before they opened fully or just didn't open and wilted.The greenery just withered and died in 3 days so I removed it . This was all 4 days after receiving the bouquet. I had cut the stems and placed them in water with the flower food as soon as receiving them. Fortunately although the bouquet should have been £33 I ordered it as it was on offer at £16. I also bought 5 peonies for £5 at a local supermarket, at the same time, and they have opened beautifully. Really disappointed. I have to say on the plus side the delivery service was excellent.

It is the first time that I have ordered flowers from you. I sent them to my mother in law as it was the year's anniversary of her husband's death. She wasnt impressed with them, there weren't many blooms in the box and she basically said to me "I hope you didnt pay much for them". I probably wont be ordering again, as this is not the reaction I was hoping for. Julia Staples

The delivery was left outside between garage and car. No note placed through letterbox advising of delivery which was eventually found after 2 days when a text sent from the sender. (Recipient had not left house for 4 days hence flowers being sent !)Sorry but not inpressed at all. Royal mail do better than that! I was informed that the flowers and candle were very nice however.

The peony bouquet was beautiful to begin with and the blooms opened very quickly, but they only lasted 5 days which was rather disappointing.

I ordered on Thursday and the flowers didn't turn up until the Monday, they were wilted. Sadly i'm not impressed.

Disappointing that the lily flowers haven't opened and that the stocks looked wilted on arrival. The stocks have now drooped completely.

Not very impressed with delivery. I ordered on Friday and received a despatch notice the same day advising that they would be delivered on Saturday. But the flowers were not delivered until today (Tuesday)! Very sad as although my mum said they are beautiful, after 3-4 days in the box I don't believe they are as fresh as they could have been. Unlikely to reorder again from this supplier.

I have already emailed a review. I ordered flowers for a birthday present, and when they arrived they looked limp and dead. I was very disappointed as i have used the service few times and have been please. I did attach photos to the last email, so if you could respond to my displeasure i would be greatful. Many thanks

I absolutely love this concept -- most of the people I would like to send flowers to are not home during the day, so the ease of having the flowers delivered through the letterbox was so appealing! Unfortunately, when trying to send a birthday bouquet tk a friend, the postman left a delivery slip, rather than posting through my friend's letterbox, even though it would have fit (I had her check it for me). By the time my friend was able to get to her local RM collection point (after the weekend), the flowers were wilted and dejected-looking. The thought was of course hugely appreciated, but I did feel a bit sad that it hadn't worked out as wonderfully as I'd hoped. I suspect that better labelling or communication with Royal Mail might be needed to make sure the postman is aware that even though the parcels seem large, they do fit through letterboxes!

I paid for flowers to be delivered on the Saturday before Mother's Day. Rang my Mother in law to see if she liked her gift. They hadn't been delivered. So embarrassing. Flowers were OK.

Flowers were beautiful but the delivery option had said they would reach the destination by Saturday. They were for mothers day so I would've paid extra to have them reach there on time had I known. Unfortunately they didn't arrive until Monday :( It doesn't put me off using B&W again but it would've been good if the delivery details had been correct so they got there on time.
