the flowers arrived in the box but unfortunately the box had been rammed through my letterbox resulting in damaged flowers. What ones arrived intact look lovely.

Flowers came a day later than requested, then didn't fit through letter box, so postman took them to a depo- 40 min round trip to collect them the next day, so got them two days later than planned

The box was a day late and when it turned up it wasn't posted through the letterbox. So it was taken to the post office. When the flowers were collected they weren't the freshest. This is the third time I have used bloom and wild and normally they are very good.

Flowers looked battered and brown when I opened the box and although they did perk up once in water I wouldn't be happy sending these as a gift and would rather buy a bunch myself for the same price and guarantee they will be in the quality I want.

The flowers are beautiful and I really liked the idea of the service but the flowers did not arrive in the day I needed them to.

Very nice bouquet, but it arrived a day later than the promised date, missing the birthday for which it was intended - which was, after all, the whole point of the purchase. I understand that this was beyond the control of B&W who were let down by Royal Mail's distributor - but as flowers are generally bought to mark date-specific special occasions it is an aspect of the service that needs to be right.

I was so excited about this service as it sounds like such a fantastic idea and the flowers look beautiful! Last week I sent some to my best friend who had just come out of hospital following an operation after a very upsetting time. The flowers failed to turn up, instead she received a card from Royal Mail, meaning she had to go into town and collect them, this is the opposite of what I wanted it was supposed to be a lovely surprise but actually I ended up causing her another task. Also the surprise was totally ruined as I had not heard from her I had to call her and ask if she had received them? Completely spoiling the surprise. I was so upset I wanted to cry she had gone through this awful time, I had tried to do something nice and it completely flopped. I appreciate its not bloom and wild's fault, and that of Royal Mail. From my point of view I didn't get what I wanted. I'm so sorry to write a bad review as I wanted to LOVE this product. It just went wrong x

The delivery was announced for Saturday but the actual delivery arrived on Monday. As I was not at home, the parcel got just dropped in front of my house, visible and accessable for everybody. That is not what I expect from a quality seller. You should chose a quality parcel service that is reliable!!!

The flowers received were beautiful however they were not delivered on time, but were several days late When I called to complain, a new bunch was sent and both pairs then turned up within 24 hours

I ordered from Bloom and Wild as it allowed for recipient to be out and for the flowers to be posted through the letter box. However, the postman left a failed delivery note and details to collect from the depot, by the time they were collect the flowers were pretty much dead!!!

I have used bloom and wild three times and on all three occasions the flowers have arrived 1-2 days late. Not only do they miss the occasion the extra days the flowers are in the postal system the more limp they arrive. Really disappointed in what I thought would be such a promising service as when sending flowers to friends as a surprise you don't always know when they will be in, so having them divered through the post box sounded like a perfect solution. But limp late flowers loose the effect

I did speak to you as the flowers had not arrived on the agreed date which gave me a problem as I had a dinner party. However they arrived the next day, I thought they were tired and not fresh, I have re ordered and hope fully they will arrive tomorrow as planned and I hope to give you a much better review .

Hi Barbara, thank you for your review. As mentioned, unfortunately on rare occasion there can be slight delays with the Royal Mail resulting in 1st Class post taking two days to arrive. We resent the arrangement for you as promised - so with the new bunch you bought, your friend will be receiving two bunches of flowers. I do hope she likes them! We offer the option to upgrade delivery to Royal Mail tracked should one wish to ensure next day delivery

Honest feedback .... I wanted to send my girlfriend some flowers as we had something to celebrate and thought sending them discreetly to her work place in a box would be super.However she received the flowers and they were accompanied by a marketing pitch "welcome to wild & bloom" that was far longer and generic than my "hope this makes you smile" note she assumed they were a marketing effort and gave them away. A great idea ruined by the temptation from wild & bloom to hook a new customer !! I've ordered flowers the old fashioned way before and they are delivery with my message for the fee's and that's it ... not a spew of generic marketing and 10% off vouchers for my loved one to use on flowers she didn't order anyway ?! No doubt this wont be read or considered and I'll receive a generic email back saying "thanks for you feedback". less marketing more consideration would do this business wonders. Grumpy Dan

Hi Daniel, thank you for your honest feedback. I am very sorry to hear the experience was a disappointment and she gave the flowers away. The text 'welcome to Bloom & Wild is the introduction to our arrangement instructions - we include these with our letterbox flowers as they come unarranged). I am sorry if the feeling was that it was a marketing ploy, that is certainly not our intention. As your name was not included in the gift message, I imagine this may have contributed to her thinking the flowers were from us. We are looking at how we can improve the carding experience by separating our arrangement instructions from the personal message - we hope to have a solution in the coming months. I have sent you an email which I hope will make it up to you.

Website offered me the option of next day delivery - chose the product, filled in all the details and then attempted to check out only to be informed that this option was no longer available. Poor experience.

Ordered flowers 3 weeks before birthday date. flowers arrived day after the date wanted. On emailing back and forth I was told there is only 93% delivery accuracy with 1st class Royal Mail. The flowers are lovely.

Hi Michele, while I am delighted the flowers were lovely, I am sorry they arrived a day late. We offer the option to upgrade delivery to Royal Mail tracked to ensure they arrive on the date requested. Unfortunately on rare occasion, 1st Class post can be slightly delayed as in this case. We only send out our flowers the day before delivery so it does not change the process if one orders in advance. If ever you feel dissatisfied with the flowers, please do let us know and we will do our best to make it up to you!
