Given the convenience of on line ordering it’s a great idea and good set up However when the delivery failed and the promised promotional offer order was not fulfilled customer services never responded

I’d received a gift bunch of flowers which were lovely so decided to treat myself to a 3 monthly subscription but the first bunch has been disappointing as the roses which are the main flower have failed to open. The others are lovely but I chose it for the 2 tone roses. And it’s a lot of money to spend

We send our blooms dry and in bud however we would always expect them to perk up after a long drink and a cut. I am so sorry that this didn't happen. I would love to make this right for you? Some of the blooms/foliage seemed to have been missing or replaced which meant the bunch was less aesthetically pleasing than the photograph. While replacement is warned the character of the bunch was significantly altered... the darkest colour bloom of an otherwise muted bunch was missing and the eucalyptus-like foliage replaced with something more like fir!

The flowers have arrived damaged and nearly dead. Leaf and flower petals were falling off straight out of the box. After a few days of trying to revive, I had to sadly throw them away.

The flowers were beautiful however they arrived a day early instead of our wedding anniversary which meant my wife thought I’d got the date wrong !

Good Evening Michael, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are so pleased that the blooms arrived looking beautiful, but apologise that they arrived a day early! Through our experience, we've been advised that this particular postcode can often take 2 days to deliver to from our Flower Studio and wanted to make sure the blooms were received and enjoyed on the day you selected, so thought it was better for these to (in rare cases) arrive early, than to arrive a day after and miss the date. However we are so sorry for any disappointed this has caused and we would really like to look into this further for you. The transaction and delivery went on time but unfortunately some of the flowers were damaged - i have reported to you. As my sister is quite old abs lives 300 miles away i could r get a picture / she was disappointed for me - let’s hope better next time.

Have ordered before and been pleased. However ordered Carer's letterbox flowers - arriving last Friday at a friends. They were polite but seemed a bit underwhelmed it turns out one stem was broken so could not be used and two others were crushed. Corner of the box was wet and soggy.

The flowers were very disappointing, paid £58 and yet the flower arrangement was very small and the flowers were nearly dead and had to be thrown out the next date - complete waste of money

Used this Company previously- no problem. Recently flowers delivered by letterbox method were in poor condition. Subsequent re- sent flowers were just as bad. Refund obtained. Suggest review of letterbox method of delivery. Doubt will use again!

Ordered for a friend’s birthday. Order was not delivered on the day, my friend got a card through the door, even though they are supposed to be letterbox flowers. Eventually got them 2 days after her birthday. Embarrassing and disappointing

I paid extra for guaranteed delivery, but the delivery was made a day late. While this was an error with DPD couriers it of course has not given me confidence in using bloom and wild again. The charge for delivery was refunded, but the flowers were in transit for a day longer than necessary as a result of the error. The box arrived with dpd tape around it and the flowers were a bit worse for wear but thankfully after being in water for a day they have perked up.

I have received lovely flowers from Bloom & Wild myself in the past but I was disappointed with the service when I ordered for someone else. The initial ordering and communication was good but there was no message sent to say that the flowers were delivered on the day specified. The flowers had been ordered as a surprise to say thankyou to a friend but the surprise was ruined when I had to call to ask if they had been delivered. They had not and my niece (who had ordered online for me) had to email the company who then sent a number I could call them on. The issue was resolved and the flowers were sent two days after the original delivery date (although no confirmation email was sent to state they had been delivered). A refund of the special delivery postage has been made but I feel that due to the inconvenience and ruined surprise, more recompense should have been offered. I will not be using this service again and although the flowers are of good quality, I will sadly not be able to recommend this company.

Not great. The 32£ flowers i order look the same as a 10£ bunch from M+S. Very underwhelming.

Hi I ordered flowers for my daughter for Mothers day costing £48 without delivery charge and was so disappointed when I actually saw them two days after delivery. I then thought that they would look different from the third day but to no avail. I have ordered flowers a few times from yourselves and was very happy with them. However this time I was very disappointed at the quality of the flowers for the price i paid.

Very disappointing. Arrived wilting and with flower heads falling off. Perked up after a few days, but absolutely NOTHING like the photo. Overall appearance is weedy and grey. Poor quality.

I have received and have sent a number of bouquets from Bloom and Wild- I recommend you to anyone who will listen as the flowers are always beautiful and last for weeks. However, unfortunately the flowers I received for mother's day were no where near the usual standard. Inside the box was damp and immediately I could tell the flowers were not going to be as good as usual. 1 rose started to die within 24 hours, within 48 hours 2 rose heads fell off and one of the stocks was dead. Really disappointing on this occasion unfortunately.
