The last couple of deliveries have been sparce in quantity compared to previous purchases. Not the value they used to be.

Flowers were beautiful but box was extremely battered and open too. Flowers were for my daughters 18th birthday and as she was happy with them I didn’t flag Bloom and Wild on 25th June when they were delivered

I have ordered previously at thought the flowers were lovely. This time i ordered with a candle and never received the candle.

Ordered flowers in a vase to be delivered by DPD for a friend's 50th and the vase arrived smashed to bits! Very disappointing! Customer service did refund 50% but I would rather the gift had arrived intact

Having been a happy B&W customer for years I am disappointed to have to give a bad review of their Tayari hand tied dried flowers. I am at a loss to understand how this miserable collection of dried stems could possibly cost so much - very overpriced and never to be repeated. Fortunately, I sent them to myself on this occasion but it does make me wonder if people are too polite to speak up about gifts which are below par.

Easy ordering process and quick delivery with regular updates, however they were left outside the building of 7 flats - on the day with pouring rain - despite the fact my friend was in (driver didn’t buzz) and I indicated that they could be left with a neighbour. My friend is happy with her flowers ( from the picture I think they are just ok)

I’ve used you before and been very happy but left very disappointed with this purchase. After 2 days of the flowers being delivered the roses are dying and I’m not sure they are the best quality! I might pass on using you again after this delivery, such a shame.

Unfortunately the flowers which were delivered to my friend on the occasion of her birthday arrived several days late and were in a very poor condition. However she contacted Bloom & Wild, unbeknown to me and a new box of flowers was despatched to her immediately which arrived very speedily and were in excellent condition. There seemed to have been a problem over the postcode and the flowers originally despatched had been through several Post Offices. The problem was resolved in the end. Thank you Bloom & Wild. It has not put me off ordering from you again.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, eigentlich wollte ich nur 1 Punkt vergeben, da aber die Lieferung gut geklappt hat, habe ich auf 2 Punkte erhöht. Ihnen stellt sich jetzt die Frage :Warum?! Bei einer Blumenlieferung sind NICHT NUR DIE BLUMEN, SONDERN AUCH DIE BEILIEGENDE KARTE SEHR WICHTIG, da man dadurch mehr erreichen kann!!! LEIDER MUSSTE ICH ZU MEINEM BEDAUERN FESTSTELLEN, DASS DIESE BEI MIR GEFEHLT HAT... 🤔🤔🤔🤔

Sorry to burst your bubble, maybe my expectations were too high but I was very disappointed with my flowers. They arrived on the correct day and were well packed and seemed like a reasonable amount and selection of flowers. As suggested, at first glance they did not look all that promising, but I had read your notes and believed they would improve. I must note at this point that I really disliked the very heavy piney like greenery, very thick stalks which seemed to me to be there only for bulking out, they do not add to the arrangement at all (in my opinion). The roses and stocks improved and I was very happy for the first week. After that (despite changing the water) the roses started to go down quite quickly and the stocks started to drop petals, by the Wednesday ( 10 days) they were finished. I get a longer life than that from supermarket flowers, so for £28 (reduced by £10!) they were really not a good buy, and from the reviews on your site I expected much better. This is not a complaint, I ordered these as a trial, but will not be ordering again.

I was disappointed to not hear from my friend for 2 days as she took until then to find the flowers left in a sunny porch rather than through the letterbox. She doesn’t use the front door. A note through the door would have been helpful. The flowers were meant to be a birthday surprise Please contact me if you wish. Kate Firth

Ordered letterbox flowers for my daughter’s birthday. Arrived on time. I didn’t see the original ones but she photographed them as they were poor quality and brown. She contacted W&B and received another bouquet in letterbox form. Again very poor quality and not many considering the cost. Customer service ok but very poor quality flowers and despite the offers still not worth the money.

DAY 3 AT LEAST HALF THE FLOWERS LOOKDINGY AND READY FOR THE BIN. 3 OF THE PEONIES ARE BROWN AND DID NOT FULLY OPEN (FLOWER BALLING?) ONE OUT OF THE 3 CARNATIONS HAS GONE BROWN AND DIED. THESE FLOWERS ARE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING AND NOT WORTH THE PRICE I PAID. THEY WERE A GIFT FOR MY WIFE AND SHE POINTED OUT THAT THE CARNATIONS SHE BROUGHT FROM A SUPERMARKET NEARLY 3 WEEKS AGO ARE STILL FLOWERING BEAUTIFULLY AND IN MUCH FRESHER CONDITION.

Unfortunately, my friend who received the flowers was so disappointed in the quality that she contacted Bloom and Wild to complain. A replacement bouquet was sent out to her.

Order did not arrive when I asked + I tried place order for the Saturday but your site did not allow me to It was therefore Sunday which I was surprised about & inevitably did not happen

I ordered flowers for my mother who lost her mum, they were ordered for next day delivery to arrive on 21.5.21, its now 25.5.21 and the flowers still haven't arrived. Wouldn't recommend for short notice requests!

The Izzy had no stocks - have been missing before in other bunches and so no scent. Only 17 stems not 22 and peonies very small and almost dark red not pink as photo. I am a good customer and got a reduction but don’t want a reduced bunch for well over £30

It was the first time that I had ordered flowers from the company. Sadly when my friend sent a picture of the order, I was very disappointed. It didn’t match up to the photo online. The bouquet was very sparse. Fortunately I hadn’t paid the full amount due to a £10 discount
