I sent my mother in law flowers for Mother’s Day via yourselves, she didn’t receive them till 8pm and they were a mess. My sister in law dealt with the complaint for her and you sent her another bouquet which was better but still not good. I had an issue with you before but decided to give you the benefit of the doubt and try once more. Never again I’m afraid.

I have used flowers & bloom a few times now and have had good results, but unfortunately my Mother’s Day flowers I had sent were not. Every single leaf on the stocks was dead and the some of the freesias heads were missing these surely can’t have passed quality control. Very disappointing especially as it was for Mother’s Day and I expected better quality.

Very disappointed with my mother's day flowers this year. They were the florists pick and seemed very damp on arrival especially the card and food sachets. One rose was broken on arrival, a couple opened and died by day 3 and another didn't open at all. The whole bouquet has not been the usual high standard.

I ordered flowers for my Mum for Mothers Day and she was really disappointed as it looked like literally a few sprigs and for the price I expected a lot more. The photos she sent me looked nothing like what I ordered and even though there is a disclaimer that they may not look exactly like what the picture on the website, they looked nothing like what I ordered. She also said the box was all battered and damaged.

I have been a member of the company for a while and have sent flowers on several occasions which have been flawlessly delivered but on this occasion my roses arrived not only wilted but the buds were mostly broken off their stems... heartbroken.

My friends ordered me some flowers from Bloom and Wild at the end of last year and I was super happy and impressed! So for Mother's Day, I decided to order a bouquet for my mum. I'm so, so disappointed. It's like the flowers never came to life. They were delivered on Friday, and I think they'll go in the bin tonight.

Really disappointed with the last 2 letterbox flowers I've received and few I've given. Many stems totally wilted and wouldn't recover once in water and feed. I used to be really impressed with the longevity of B&W letterbox flowers but too many recent bunches have arrived almost dead and they don't last.

Unfortunately bouquet was very extremely sparse and not at all like advertised in pictures and vase looks empty - I felt like this was very poor value for money considering the price and felt very disappointed as I had ordered these as a Mother’s Day gift. Flowers looked brown and half dead on arrival and almost all have now died within three days. Disappointing as ordering/delivery was actually very smooth.

Flowers arrived but they looked half dead. We did as instructed and trimmed the stems and added the flower food. This is the 2nd time I have been disappointed by Bloom & Wild and these were for Mother’s Day so even more disappointing. Half of the flowers have already been thrown away.

My Mother's day were flowers were very disappointing. The Astromeria's were obviously old and the leaves were yellow. The display was poor. Yellow mixed with pink not a successful combination. Really poor display. The daisy type flower was old and did not recover from their flattening experience. All in all I certainly will not encourage my son to use Bloom & Wild again.

I’ve been a bloom and wild customer for years now and was never disappointed until now. The Mothers Day bouquet I sent my baby’s grandmom were wilted and dry. Also they look nothing like the one advertised on the website. I know this because the one I sent to a friend not so long ago is the same flowers I sent for mother’s day and it looked nothing a like. It did arrived on time but that’s the only thing good about it.

I will start saying the flowers were beautiful however not many of them and I have been disappointed overall. The flowers did not look healthy when taken out of the box to start with, the brown paper wrap said there was a guide inside which wasn’t there and also no food sachet for the water either. The flowers lasted less than a week. Expensive experience. I bought a 3 month subscription for my mum for Mother’s Day so really hoping the next 2 bunches are better and last longer.

I ordered flowers for mothers day but arranged delivery for the Friday. When I saw the flowers on Sunday it looked like they were 2 weeks old not 2 days. Definitely past their best & ready for throwing out, the roses were completely wilted. Mum said when she opened them they looked like they'd been in the box for a while & there were also 3 broken stems. Very disappointed.

I’ve ordered a lot of flowers from Bloom & Wild over the past year but I must say the most recent bunch of flowers for Mother’s Day as a gift are really disappointing. Quite a few stems were broken in the box upon delivery and seeing flowers I sent to others, these haven’t got a patch on them. Some flowers are still to open which I know will make them look better but I was really underwhelmed at receiving these.

Really disappointed with the quality. Perhaps it was due to it being Mothering Sunday and so they were very busy but nonetheless not impressed. Many of the buds and leaves were brown. This was my first time ordering with b an b. This will probably be my last as had not seen my mum in ages and this just made it worse.

Disappointed, in the past the flowers have been beautiful and really pleased. I ordered florists pick for Mother’s Day and unfortunately most of the stems are broken and some of the flowers are dying already, sad for my mum as I was looking forward to hearing how beautiful they were and just wanted my mum to enjoy them.

Have been using bloom and wild for ages and have always had amazing service and the flowers have been of a really high standard. Sadly the Libby bunch I ordered for my mum for mothers day wasn't up to the usual standard. All of the snap dragon heads were broken and only 1 stem of the freesa was still intact.
